  • Loved it and We're coming back!

"Condo is nicely remodeled. The bed is super comfy and I loved having the washer and dryer especially considering we forgot our luggage at home! Sarah was very nice and brought over some left over clothes she had in the pool house for my 3 year old son. The pool is AMAZING and they keep the pool at 89 degrees so we were in it all day when it was lightly drizzling and at night. It really made the trip for us. We didn't realize we were so close to the lake and were able to walk over and do a little fishing. We will be back in September for sure."

  • Great family getaway!

"The spring street cottage was a great getaway for our family of 4 and our parents. Plenty of room for everyone, and very clean. The owners were very accommodating and quick with helpful information! Great location with walking distance to downtown Douglas, and a 5 minute drive to saugatuck. Would definitely stay again."

  • Nice cottage

"Quiet neighborhood with 5min. walk to public beach. Lovely screened porch. Well-stocked kitchen supplies. Decor is dated & needs painting."

  • Perfect for a quite girls weekend

"A group of six of us stayed here for two nights for a low-key bachelorette getaway. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sun, chat, and sip drinks by the pool. We arrived before the busy holiday weekend so we were the only ones in the building. The owners greeted us when we arrived and were friendly. The condo itself is clean, updated and well-maintained. We traveled from Chicago and we didn't need to bring any items to make two meals each day (but food of course) - the kitchen is well stocked. The pool is gorgeous, plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and the hot tub was great as well. You can walk to plenty of downtown Douglas restaurants and shops, though we loved the condo so much we hung out there nearly the whole time. Oval Beach is just a short drive/bike ride away. Downtown Saugatuck is just over the bridge as well - lots of dining options there too. I would caution however, that although this condo is advertised as "sleeps 12" - there is just no way. Yes, there are 12 places for people to lay down but it would be way too crowded. We had three adult women in each room and spaced was maxed out. If you want some privacy, I would not recommend more than two couples or 1 large family in this unit. The building would be a great option to rent multiple units for a larger gathering. There is a lot of nice common space down by the pool and around the decks."
