  • Best kept secret

"This home is the perfect vacation rental. Views from inside and outside the house are amazing. Great lake for tubing and skiing. Quiet. PLENTY of space, we had 4 families and we all had our own space. Ping pong, easy access dock for boats to pull up, paddle boat, water trampoline. Close drive to town and shopping and Lake Michigan. Will come again and again!"

  • Great Home For Family Vacation-Beautiful Lake -Great Location

"What a fun, relaxing time our family had in this wonderful vacation home! Having the beautiful lake right outside was great. The kids loved jumping right off the dock and swimming out to the swim raft.Having the canoe, kayak and paddle boat right there was an added bonus. The guys enjoyed the fishing and even the little ones caught fish.A joy to watch their excitement. The house had plenty of room for our family of 14.Great kitchen, comfy couch and a large sunroom for relaxing with a book or taking a nap.Plenty of toys, games and books for the kids and the adults enjoyed the pool table. Staying here we were close to everything. Beautiful Oval Beach and Saugatuck Dunes Beach were just minutes away as well as downtown Saugatuck with it's numerous shops and restaurants. With the bike trail the kids could walk or ride their bikes into town. The owner is so nice and had helpful suggestions.Hope to stay in this home again and would certainly recommend vacationing here for a great time."

  • Rustic Cottage on Lake Michigan

"If you like Lake Michigan and long private walking beaches, the Morning Glory in Fennville is definitely perfect place to be… We have stayed in the cottage 3 times already and still don’t have enough. I wish I can come back every summer to enjoy beautiful, unforgivable view from the bluff. The owners always welcome us with a very good local bottle of wine and much useful information’s about the area. We love tiny little Kismet bakery, where you can go on bike - the breads and baked goods are just amazing. Dee's Farm is another place I like to go every day and bringing back fresh fruits and veggies. There are galleries around (Glenn) where you can find interesting local’s artists work and of course Saugatuck, South Haven and Holland if you feel to explore little bit farther. For me and my husband and our two little dogs it is a best summer gateway ever, and very important - close to home where we live."

  • Great for Girl's Weekend

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Saugatuck. It was decorated very nicely as well as being clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our girl's weekend. It was close enough to the downtown if you wanted to walk there but far enough away so you weren't in the middle of tourists. The listing information and photos were very accurate. The owner was very helpful with providing local information and the rental company called after the arrival time to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely recommend this rental."

Saugatuck Travel Tips

Find a Comfortable Vacation at Saugatuck Vacation Rentals

When you are looking at taking a vacation, the last thing you want is stress. So why would you want to stay in a hotel room that is cramped and doesn't give you the chance to have some "me" time? Being with your family is great, but it's also important to be able to go into your own bathroom, fill up a deep, jetted tub, and take a long, relaxing bath at the end of a day filled with family time. So when you're looking at taking a vacation to Southwest Michigan, look into a vacation rental in Saugatuck, where you can get a house with multiple bedrooms, an inviting living room, a full-sized kitchen, and large, luxurious bathrooms.

There Is so Much to Do on a Saugatuck Vacation

Once you've got your Saugatuck lodging squared away, the next thing to do is decide what you and your family are going to do on your great getaway. For golf lovers, there are two amazing golf courses in the area found at Clearbrook Golf Club and Ravines Golf Club. Putt the day away on the course while driving away the stress.

Out on the water adventures await on the Star of Saugatuck, a stern wheel paddleboat tour that takes you along the Kalamazoo River and along Lake Michigan. You'll learn a lot about the area as well as get ideas of what attractions can be found. There are daytime and evening cruises, but many think the sunsets on the water are to die for, so you might want to consider an evening cruise!

Southwest Michigan Lake Houses Have Picturesque Views

When you choose a Saugatuck vacation rental, you're choosing to have beautiful views and a comfortable home instead of a confined hotel room. And most vacation homes are actually less expensive than a hotel, so really, the choice is a no-brainer! Go to today and find a vacation home for your next vacation.
