"Our family of four had a great stay at Heathcote. We enjoyed the screen porch and very much appreciated the close proximity to downtown. The kitchen was large and bright and had many amenities. We appreciated the selection of board games as well!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. It's a scenic area and the house is well maintained and well-equipped. Wineries, U-Pick farms, and Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive away. We hope to return again someday."

"What a charming cottage with a great view of the lake. Very quiet, peaceful place to unwind for a couple of days. Unfortunately our stay was dampened by rain, but we made the best of it and enjoyed just hanging out and listening to the rain. I highly recommend this charming cottage. Barb and Dan were very accommodating with us making plans at the last minute and were a pleasure to talk too. Would love to come and stay again."

"The week I spent at the cottage it rained almost every day; for the first three days it never got above 70 degrees. It was absolutely amazing. On rainy days the place is cozy and quiet, you can listen to the sound of the rain and watch the birds through the big picture windows. At night, the frogs in the pond practically serenade you. When the sun comes out it only gets better of course. Walks in the woods, fresh local meat on the grill, quick trips to the beach or into Three Oaks for lunch...everything is wonderful. It's clean, well appointed and delightfully disconnected. Who needs TV when you can watch birds of every size and color, all day long? It's like a nature show right in front of you. I will be back, and I can't wait."
