"This was my first stay at the Two Sisters Cottage, and I can recommend it highly. The location is very convenient, just a short drive (< 5 minutes) to the beach. It's also great for day trips to Warren Woods and Warren Dunes. It's close to good restaurants in Sawyer and New Buffalo. We also really enjoyed our time hanging around the cottage. The outdoor space is great: really nice half basketball court, ample space for kids and a dog to run and play ball, and lawn games too. The kitchen is updated and easy to negotiate. The porches are pleasant spaces for reading and relaxing. Communication was good. We got timely and helpful feedback from the owners."

"My wife and I went here for our 25th anniversary, and it was everything we hoped for. An incredible private view of the lake, with all the amenities, and then some. The master bed was the most comfortable mattress I ever slept on. While most of our experience involved walks on the beautiful private beach and relaxation in the cottage, we also enjoyed attending a local nature park, farmer's market, antique shops, and good restaurants. I would absolutely consider coming here again, and definitely recommend it to any couple. I don't think it would be a great place for younger kids, only because of the limited things to do."

"For the second year in a row, our extended family (6 adults and 7 kids) got together for a relaxing week in Gowdy Shores. The Coach House (a place to let some kids feel more independent) and the screened-in deck (for dinner every night) were highlights. The hot tub was also a hit. (The basketball court was down this year, unfortunately. Last year, we made good use of it.) The walk to the beach isn't bad, and having access to an association beach (for bonfires at night, for example) is key. The gas grill could probably use an upgrade, but it's fine. There's loads of room upstairs, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice deck for sitting outside. But, of course, the key is the beautiful dunegrass-lined beach . . ."

"Great place for a family vacation. We had an extended family of 12 that fit very nicely into the space. Very nice beach. The back deck with the screened in porch is especially nice. Great even for 88 year old who got to enjoy the evening fires in the deck fire pit without walking down to the beach. Many things to do in the area."
