"My little family and I had a great stay here in Michiana. Debra's home was just as advertised and did not disappoint - everything that we needed and could have wanted was available. The master bed & bath were lovely and a nice retreat after a day down at the beach... which was just a couple of blocks away. The beach was a short walk and the owner had a nice little wagon which made taking our toddler (and all of the beach toys) that much easier. There was also a great little park within walking distance, which was fun for our little one. We grilled out every evening and the kitchen was stocked with all of the tools and dinnerware that we needed. We loved being in this neighborhood with all of the trees, serenity and wildlife - we had two deer come and visit us during our stay! Overall we really enjoyed the area and the home and we'll definitely consider coming back."Guest: Nichole R. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 29, 2014View listing
"Property Owner responds very quickly and is willing to help in anyway make your stay better. The house is very roomy and nice. It is a quiet and very private setting. Loved the house and the town. The house is very easy to get to and close to town. Also 20 minutes from Grand Haven and South Haven. Lots to do in the town. Lots of shopping, the boat ride and the sand dunes are both worth doing. The Butler and Spectators are both great places to eat. I would recommend this house to anyone. And we will for sure stay here again. We enjoyed our weekend away and we will be back."Guest: Tonya C. "The property met our expectations and would be great for most families wanting a convenient location.... and a hang out at the pool option. Kayak rentals two blocks away and Saugatuk is a short walk over the bridge.... best Beech by far is Oval, and it is easier to reach by car..(7 minutes) they charge 6.00 per car, but you have in and out privilages, bathrooms and plenty of parking and plenty of beech. Condo 1 was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 in college... one bathroom makes me wonder about 6 unless you have smaller children. Grocery store is only 6 blocks away and is pretty well stocked and has movie rental if needed. Unit was well equiped and figuring out the light switches was the biggest challenge. Cranes in Fennville had Pies and u-pick fruit... Fennville had Pottery craft store that was very busy on our rainy day and all ages seemed to be having fun. Property Owners responded to questions, not sure about VRBO reservation process....we had a weird charge that we could not get corrected for 20.00. Plenty of area food choices but we liked the Pearch at Wallys and Breakfast at Monroes."Guest: W Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 18, 2014View listing
"We stay in South Haven, MI every year, and this rental was by far our favorite! The location can't be beat since it is right by the elevator down to the beach. The neighborhood park and clubhouse are wonderful. I have 4 children, and the owners had everything we would have ever needed in the house. Kid's toys, a Wii game system, tons of beach chairs and towels. The coffee maker broke while we were there and the owner sent his handy man (who was SO nice by the way) out right away with a new one. We could not have been happier here :)"Guest: Natalie W. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 8, 2014View listing
