"Our family stayed here for a week in July. 6 adults and three children. Great place! Three bedrooms and lots of living space with two levels! Was perfect for us! We rented the pontoon boat as well and it was all very well kept and clean. Very nice kitchen that has all the supplies you could need to cook/grill in! Fire pit and great dock to fish off for fun! We caught lots of perch and bluegill! You can stand in the sandy water right off the pier or float! Very nice! The owner was great to deal with and very responsive! The car ride to town was less than 10min, very convenient. Lots of fun stuff to do in town. Highly recommend reserving a spot on the pirate boat at pirates hideaway. Very fun and family friendly. They also have a tiki bar and ice cream shoppe. Also recommend liefs cafe for breakfast and lunch! Overall we loved the house and couldn't have been happier! We will def be back!"

"First just to be clear, the place is great, none of us regret staying. The front door makes you think of castles the location is about 12 minutes from ski places and the upstairs is huge.
Rules are pretty simple and the Wi-Fi is thrown in. Only gripe we had, is that heat distribution upstairs is really bad. The thermostat is in the master bedroom facing the lake, and the cold really radiates of the glass balcony doors. If you turn up the heat in that room, trying to make up for it, the other 2 bedrooms get insanely hot. Again we solved it after the first night by burying the couple in that room in blankets and keeping the doors open everywhere, but it's something to be aware of in the winter.
Again, don't let that keep you from staying there, the lady owner of the place was great at communicating everything to us and the place was amazing in every other way."

"As I mentioned in my review from December 2014, this is a great vacation rental. I experienced difficulties with the property manager, however the owner reached out to let me know that the property manager has been replaced, and she extended a discount offer for a future stay to make things right. I did also end up getting my security deposit back. My family and I look forward to returning to Serendipity now that the owner has taken back the management responsibilities."
