"We had a great time during our stay. It is a great place to hang out and relax while listening to the water or serve as a jumping-off spot for exploring the U.P. The cabin had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Jan is a wonderful hostess and made sure our needs were met."

"This was the perfect northern escape to the Keweenaw. Beautiful Lake Superior location. The lake views from our windows were outstanding.
Philip is a perfect host - he made it clear that his priority was making sure that everything was just right. He was extremely accommodating . He was patient, and always smiling, no matter how many times I sought him out for something.
This property is a short drive to Houghton/Hancock, and Copper Harbor. Calumet has many restaurants and a large grocery store. We also enjoyed touring Calumets historic downtown.
We found many good hiking trails close by. We loved the Monk trails close to Eagle Harbor.
. When we come back to this area we wouldn't stay anywhere else!"

"Lindsley Cove is one of the best VRBO homes we've stayed at. It is exactly as advertised. The cabin is very well stocked with many items that are normally the renters responsibility. The boat launch is in very good condition and eliminates the long ride back and forth to the public launch upon arrival and departure. The Cisco Chain continues to be a great destination for fishing. We caught every type of fish with the exception of Musky; however we saw several large Musky chasing other fish which we had hooked."

"Three families stayed here with 2 kids, 2 kids, and 1 kid for a ski weekend at Indianhead. The kids slept in the same bedrooms as their parents. The house has three levels, we stayed at what they call the main or upper unit which consists of the upper two levels - so this review applies only to that unit. The upper and lower units have separate driveways- so you don't even know the other occupants are there. Beds were very comfortable.
The unit is about 500 yards (?) from the arc-de-skiomphe marking the entrance to Indianhead ski area parking lot. This puts it just outside of realistic comfortable walking distance for adults or kids in ski boots. No problem though, its a 30 second drive to drop off your stuff and get going.
As others have mentioned, it is nicer than it appears in the pictures. Everything was clean and quite nice. Owner and caretaker both VERY nice, responsive and easy to work with. We all agreed we would stay here again, and just may do so in future years."
