"We truly enjoyed our stay in the guest house, in particular the following items were most appealing:
1. Very roomy
2. Excellent Wi-Fi which allowed we to conveniently work without having to go the public library which was the situation in many of the cottages we have stayed in over the years.
3. Excellent jogging on Michillinda Road with their very wide and smooth shoulders.
4. Easy access to Lake Michigan and the light house.
5. Excellent meals at the restaurants in Whitehall and Muskegon
6. Enjoyed Mo-Town music at Band Shell in Montague
7. Golfed on 7 different golf courses (excellent courses with very reasonable fees)
Thanks again for providing us with an excellent stay during our trip to Michigan (wish we could have stayed longer)."

"What a great find! As others have stated the photos don't do it complete justice. The views of the lake from within the house are fantastic! The house was very clean and cozy. We both enjoyed the open floor plan from kitchen to living area for relaxing. One can just sit on the couch and stare out onto the lake enjoying the view through the magnificent windows that cover the entire living room. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The owner's sister and husband were just as gracious as could be in welcoming us. My husband and I always prefer off-season privacy, so were happy to have the seclusion of the snow and cold as company. Muskegon State Park is just up the pike and made for great walks on the trails with the dogs. It was only a short trip to Grand Haven to enjoy a day of after Thanksgiving shopping as well.
Our only recommendation would be to have a working fireplace. We were a tad disappointed, though I'm sure the bulk of rentals are in the summer when this wouldn't be noticed. And, I'm sure it's a matter of taste, but we found the main bedroom queen bed to be on the far side of needing replacement--a little on the mushy side. We ended up switching to the twin bedded room for a more peaceful night's sleep.
Between the location, cleanliness, accommodation of the owners and price, this is a definite do-over for us!"

"My wife and 2 young sons stayed at this condo. It was perfect for our stay. The unit is on the ground floor, and the reserved parking is just outside the unit making for easy loading and unloading. We stayed in late June 2015. This condo is also about a 5-10 drive from the main Grand Haven Beach. There is quick access to the bike path into Grand Haven. We didn't use the access to the Holiday Inn, but that hotel is only a 1-2 minute walk down the boardwalk. Excellent stay and the condo is fully furnished as indicated. Thanks!"

"My family and I just vacationed at Sky's Beach last week. The 9 of us enjoyed the convenience of simply walking out the door and down the boardwalk to the private beach, not to mention the beautiful view. The location of the house is in close proximity to both Holland and Grand Haven, by car. The owners were especially good at having everything in the house you might need for a comfortable stay from kitchen essentials to beach necessities. The grill (they have 2) came in handy and the pool table was enjoyed as well. There is even a fire pit on the beach to relax and make so mores and watch the sunset."
