"Rented this home for a week during Salmon Fest in Grand Haven. The setup of the house is really nice with two bedrooms (with bathroom in between) on one side of the house and another two bedrooms (with another bathroom in between) on the other side of the house. Gives nice separation if you rent with another family. Also the walk out basement and backyard are full of entertainment for kids and adults. The location is perfect because it is quiet and feels remote on a dead end road but you are only a two block walk to the beach, a short drive to downtown Grand Haven, and a 5 minute drive to places like Meijer, Starbucks, etc along Rt. 31. I would recommend this house to anybody."

"We had a great time in Grand Rapids. The home was well furnished with partially everything you would need, including coffee and filters! The yard out back was a perfect running playground for our dog. And the location to downtown was perfect; less than a 10 minute drive! I would love to come back and stay at this property again one day. The only downside was that the windows didn't have screens and difficult to open. Our weekend stay was mid April, so possibly the owners didn't have a chance yet to put screens in. So we left the front door open while we were home and enjoyed the breeze coming in through the screen door."

"We were delighted with Sandpiper for a long weekend getaway. With a nice view to the Lake, a wood deck with picnic table right outside the wall of windows and the added primo viewing spot on top of the dune, we lucked out with this pick! Only a couple of dozen steps down the dune to the beach for miles of walking. We happened to time our visit with the recent eclipse making the trip all the better. It was clean and in good condition; parking is close (~75 feet?) and bringing things inside was made easier with the big wagon there for that purpose. Thank you...we'll likely be back soon!"

Beautiful Clean house/condo's. Perfect location to downtown.
"Ditto to what everyone else has said about this house. We rented the whole house over Labor Day weekend. We had 3 families (6 adults, 6 teenagers). This house was perfect for our group as the teenagers could hang out in one condo and the adults in another. The weather was perfect so that allowed us to walk into town several times. I liked that we were a block or less to town but still had the quiet residential feel. We were very impressed with the house in that it was clean, spacious, tons of amenities (soap, spices, paper towel, kleenex, toilet paper…). Under the back deck were two wagons with a few beach toys, noodles. We didn't use any of these but it was nice to see that they were available. I've rented on VRBO many times and most of the time these things are not included. I highly recommend this house! Thank you Tina and Paul!"
