"We loved this house! It felt like home! Wonderful amenities throughout the house especially the kitchen. Gorgeous master and bath. Movie room and more! We would definitely stay here again. Oval beach is beautiful and just a quick car ride. The dune ride was a blast!"

"We had a very relaxing and refreshing stay! The Northport Cabin is secluded and comfortable, with restaurants, hiking trails, and a bowling ally just minutes away. Tom was very easy to work with, helpful, and accommodating. It was very clean and cozy. I would only comment that there is no dining table - only 4 barstools, and sadly the hot tub was not working the first two days of our visit. This was very disappointing to us, since that was one of the reasons we chose this particular cabin. I know sometimes maintenance/repair times are unavoidable. Also, the stairs to the loft are incredibly steep, so don't plan on any children sleeping upstairs. Other than that, it was excellent."

Beautiful Cottage In a Beautiful Part of the World
"This was our first visit to northern Michigan and we had a wonderful time. If you are looking for a place to entertain or just to relax after a day of exploring you will love this house. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you need to prepare a feast. The beds are comfortable and with four bathrooms no one has to wait to take a shower or get ready. The house was built in 1886 and has been lovingly maintained. We really loved the side porch just off the kitchen with a nice view of the back garden. The kitchen addition with a vaulted ceiling is considerably newer with modern appliances. Really wish we could have stayed longer."

"This is a gorgeous property that is in a great location. Located downtown, it is a short walk to dining establishments and the beach. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can catch some sun on one of the two decks on the property. If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed."
