"This property is perfect for a family getaway. The cabin was clean, updated and stocked with essentials for our stay. Downstairs was a cute play area for the kids with plenty of toys to keep them entertained. Our 2 1/2 year old son could not get enough of this play room. Upstairs was a loft which would be perfect for older kids as well. The exterior of the cabin was beautiful. We spent a few nights at the fire pit, very relaxing! We also spent many hours on the beach and dock fishing. The beach is amazing. Although there are neighboring properties we were never bothered by others and the property was large enough to make us feel secluded. Would recommend this property to families of young kids, but really anyone would have a great time here!"

"I love coming home to this cabin. We have stayed at Pinecone Cottage for 2 years now and have our 3rd booked already. When Sandy met us at the door to let us in, all I could say was "now I am home." My husband and I had a wonderful time fishing on the lake. It was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you,Tim and Sandy for a terrific place to relax and unwind."

"Spent 7 days here with my husband and Daughter/son in law and 2-1/2 yr old granddaughter for 1/2 the week. Dock and shoreline we such a treat for swimming. brought own boat so fishing/tubing were great. I don't think our dog could swim anymore. house was furnished with all the comforts of home. So if you want to just pack clothes and food, this cabin has everything for your needs. Had a wonderful time, I'd recommend this rental.."

"This was the second year in a row the wife and I have dropped the kids off with my parents and headed to this cabin. Best word to describe it is quiet. The only sounds you'll hear are the wind through the pines and calling loons. And the only visitors we got were deer and fox. The cabin is awesome, perfect for a couple or small family. It's stocked with anything you could need, including lots of firewood and a propane grill. The surrounding area is great - we always grab a steak or two at Emily Meats, ice cream at Owls-n-Things, pizza at the Pickled Loon (sit outside and watch the endless parade of pontoons), and bisquits and gravy at the Village Inn (best gravy anywhere!). We'd also highly recommend a side trip to Crosslake. Fishing is great in the area and there is room to park a boat at the cabin. I would (and have) highly recommend this cabin to friends and family."
