"This was the second year in a row the wife and I have dropped the kids off with my parents and headed to this cabin. Best word to describe it is quiet. The only sounds you'll hear are the wind through the pines and calling loons. And the only visitors we got were deer and fox. The cabin is awesome, perfect for a couple or small family. It's stocked with anything you could need, including lots of firewood and a propane grill. The surrounding area is great - we always grab a steak or two at Emily Meats, ice cream at Owls-n-Things, pizza at the Pickled Loon (sit outside and watch the endless parade of pontoons), and bisquits and gravy at the Village Inn (best gravy anywhere!). We'd also highly recommend a side trip to Crosslake. Fishing is great in the area and there is room to park a boat at the cabin. I would (and have) highly recommend this cabin to friends and family."

"We stayed for a week in July. Awesome view..you have the 14th tee and the lake to view. Great for golfers..you can stop on 14 and run into your unit for bathroom or collect anything you forgot, ie hat, sunscreen, bug spray, More golf balls😀 The unit is spacious and clean and we loved that it was an end unit, we could play sandbags, croquet etc. Owners were great. Thanks for great time"

"Loved the cabin and how it was located by a lake. It was very beautiful and breath taking. It's a great place to bring your family and friends. There was a walmart and lots of other stores and attractions near the area from the cabin, about 10-15 mins away so it was convenient. The kitchen basically had everything needed to cook. One thing that was weird was the blankets were not nicely placed on the beds, they were more like on the floor. Overall, besides that it was a nice cabin to stay at. I recommend everyone to stay here. Thanks to Chad and Carolee for letting us stay at their beautiful cabin. It was a wonderful experience."

"We arrived to a nice welcome of wine and chocolates. Our vacation just got better from there. This was a great cabin for our family even with one section not having air conditioning. It afforded us to have our own space and also come together. We enjoyed evenings by the fire pit and played games on the screened porch. Laura, the property manager, provided many things that equipped this cabin with personal touches. We were glad we rented a boat. This allowed us to cruise the many lakes connected to Lake Margaret and enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. The many stairs to the water might make it difficult for those with mobile disabilities and very small children. Thanks for sharing this with us!"
