"Stayed here with a group of 8. Two kids and six adults and we all had plenty of room to eat, sleep, and relax. The kids played all day and the adults had some nice quiet time at night to build a campfire and catch up with each other. The only complaint is that we didn't have more time! Would definitely like to make this a yearly trip!"

"This was the second year in a row the wife and I have dropped the kids off with my parents and headed to this cabin. Best word to describe it is quiet. The only sounds you'll hear are the wind through the pines and calling loons. And the only visitors we got were deer and fox. The cabin is awesome, perfect for a couple or small family. It's stocked with anything you could need, including lots of firewood and a propane grill. The surrounding area is great - we always grab a steak or two at Emily Meats, ice cream at Owls-n-Things, pizza at the Pickled Loon (sit outside and watch the endless parade of pontoons), and bisquits and gravy at the Village Inn (best gravy anywhere!). We'd also highly recommend a side trip to Crosslake. Fishing is great in the area and there is room to park a boat at the cabin. I would (and have) highly recommend this cabin to friends and family."

"Darling little cabin on pelican lake....we loved it. Cozy and sweet with a deck over the lake. It is literally across the street from zorbaz so we grabbed supper from there every night.
Maybe not the best location for the dogs but not bad. It is pretty much right on the road so if you have an adventurous puppy, it can me trouble.
Overall we had an awesome stay! Maple wood state park one day and itasca state park another day.
Thank you for sharing your darling place with us!"
