"Rental property exceeded our expectations. Very close to the marina and afforded us the ability to rent several water craft while there. I would recommend to anyone. Steve and Sam are great to work with as well."

"We stayed here right after Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The photos are accurate and the areas of the house that aren't photographed (bathroom and second bedroom), are nice. Everything was very clean and the owners have provided little practical amenities such as aluminum foil, soap in the bathroom, etc. The house had the vibe of coming home, rather than an empty, impersonal place. The property isn't luxurious, but it was quite easy to settle in here and enjoy the home and neighborhood. Having a Kowalski's grocery store a block away is a great bonus, and the whole Grand Avenue neighborhood is filled with fun shops and restaurants. The owners were very accommodating and generously provided a gift card to their business, Grand Ole Creamery. I highly recommend the Coffee Break ice cream. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and I'd recommend this place!"

"12 of us stayed here for an extended long weekend of cycling, walking, shopping and site-seeing. The house is a lovely character home with plenty of room and all the necessary amenities but the real treasure here is the location...very close to the Chain of Lakes, cycle and walking paths, great local eateries and shopping. Downtown and the Nicollet Mall is a mere 2 miles away...close enough to walk or cycle.
The owner, Salle, is very good to deal with: prompt, courteous and attentive."

"We would highly recommend this accommodation. It was comfortable, had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The area was also beautiful, with many victorian homes. It was within walking distance to great places to eat and was close proximity to Valley fair and the Mall of America. Lois was great and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again."
