  • Everything We Could Have Wanted

"All previous rave reviews are true. We stayed at Ohage House during the weekend of the Big Ten Hockey Tournament. It was everything we could have possibly wanted. Walking distance to the Xcel and the 7th Street pubs and restaurants. No parking fees with ample parking on the property. Plenty of room for our group, including those that needed some personal space for doing work. Great kitchen and dining area for preparing and eating our own meals. Awesome basement bar and game area. We spent more time there and less watching hockey and going out than we would have anticipated just because it was so comfortable. Would love to come back when we could enjoy the porch and grounds. Kudos to the owners for creating such a welcoming and fabulous place to stay."

  • Winter wedding weekend

"Perfect place to stay with family to attend winter wedding reception at Cadillac Ranch on Ramsey Lake. Record breaking temps of frigid -30 temps and yet cabin was warm and water heater worked extremely well. Jason was very accommodating and helpful. All the amenities as stated and beds are very comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of good side lighting as there was only a bright ceiling light in living room, but I'm picky about that! Nicely situated on the lake. I imagine it's very nice in the summer also."

  • A Perfect Getaway For All

"I had the wonderful pleasure of experiencing Angela and Ken's home for 3 full weeks in May this year. From the moment we walked through the door, Angela and Ken made us feel truly welcome. Once you arrive you will not need a thing that is not already at the cabin. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals both large and small. My parents said the master bed was the most comfortable they have ever slept in, and my nieces loved having their own room up in the Crow's Nest. The thing that is tough to explain in words is how comfortable we felt while we were there. It feels like a home, not a rental, which I have not been able to find anywhere else on VRBO to this date. We fished A LOT!!! And it never disappointed. Every single cousin, niece, uncle, brother, friend that came to visit caught at least one fish. Although the walleyes were not jumping in the boat, my Dad caught the largest walleye I have ever seen in person come out of a lake. His smile was so big, he looked like a little kid :) He also released this monster walleye so you can have a chance at landing him when you get there . If you or your family enjoy antiques at all, this home is full of wonderful treasures, and Angela also has an antique shop in town which she was kind enough to give me and my family a tour of. It was a truly wonderful experience all around, and my family is already asking me when we are going back :)"

  • Excellent Family Vacation!

"This was our third annual family vacation and the first time at this cabin! We had an absolute blast! We ranged in age from 11 months to 52 years old and there was plenty to do for all! Very spacious yard for yard games, bumping the volleyball around, and just sitting and talking! Lots of yard chairs provided to either sit on the beach or around the fire. The kids LOVED the sunnies off the dock and learned how to "shoo" them away when they got too close. The fishing was great! Caught the limit of the day of northerns...enough to pickle! Yay!! We also loved the beach. Our last years cabin we stayed at did not have this option and it was hard with the little ones. This beach was family friendly and easy to have babies around. The house was great! So much space for all 13 of us! We were able to sit around the living room table or the sun room table without feeling like we were all on top of each other! We stuck around the cabin all but one night. That night we went to The Waterfront Grille, approx. 10 minutes away via car and it was fantastic!!! The food was excellent, hot, and service was fast and friendly! Highly recommended."
