"We had a nice stay at this property. The first night we left the windows open and those in the back bedrooms were very aware of the frequent trains. The next 2 nights we kept the windows closed and it was much better. Angie left a pack-n-play for us and it was great for our 4 month old. This is definitely a college neighborhood but it was quiet and within walking distance to several restaurants and a delicious waffle bar."

"We spent two nights in the condo on a visit to Minneapolis for a Cubs/Twins game. The accommodations worked out great for us. Renting a condo is a nice option for two couples traveling together. The cost is comparable to two hotel rooms and it's nice to have the common area for socializing. On our first night we walked to Matt's Bar for a burger, had a few drinks at the patio set, and played cards into the evening. The next morning we made breakfast, walked the short distance to the light rail station, and took the train directly to the stadium So easy and convenient!
After the game we had a bite to eat downtown, and then returned to the condo to watch the end of the PGA tournament. I will say that the new tv was pretty small for viewing golf...but I'll also admit that there are many things that people could/should be doing while visiting the cities instead of watching golf on tv.
The rental was very clean and very comfortable. The location is really great. It is nice to be able to park the car and then use the train for transportation. Having the car in a locked garage is an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Just a few things to note for the owner...there were no salt/pepper shakers in the kitchen and we couldn't find paper towels to replace the roll that was nearly empty when we arrived. Also, since there is only one bathroom, it would be nice if there were mirrors in the bedrooms to help speed up the "getting ready to go" process.
Again, I give this rental a high recommendation and will check its availability the next time I'm in town for a show or a game. Oh...I almost forgot ....Cubs win 8-0!!"

"12 of us stayed here for an extended long weekend of cycling, walking, shopping and site-seeing. The house is a lovely character home with plenty of room and all the necessary amenities but the real treasure here is the location...very close to the Chain of Lakes, cycle and walking paths, great local eateries and shopping. Downtown and the Nicollet Mall is a mere 2 miles away...close enough to walk or cycle.
The owner, Salle, is very good to deal with: prompt, courteous and attentive."

"Very convenient to Augustana retirement community where our mother resides. Very comfortable and well-appointed accommodations to come home to after visiting the relatives. Easy access to bike lanes that reach the extensive Mpls bike path network- we made much use of them! (We rented good quality hybrid bikes at Freewheel on the mid-town greenway.) Check out Band Box Diner around the corner in the “Elliot triangle” off 7th Av E and S 10th St for GREAT breakfasts and burgers- classic! Thanks so much for sharing your flat with us. We hope to return soon!"
