  • We already miss the sexy loft!

"My other half and I just spent a week in the sexy loft and ever since coming back to California, all we can say is,"We miss the sexy loft!" This unique space was immaculately decorated, with all the comforts of home and then some! (Love that white, fluffy, faux fur rug under my feet). From the brick bedroom walls to the San Francisco stained glass window in the bathroom, this well appointed space was not only comfortable, quiet and private, but also inspiring! (We came home wanting to redecorate our bathroom). The loft is tucked into the quaint arts district neighborhood with some fabulous food nearby (which we found thanks to Kelly's spot-on recommendations -- don't miss The Anchor (we went three times) and The Red Stag Supper Club with those sensational Fried Organic Cheese curds!!! We especially enjoyed walking a couple blocks to one of the many city bike rental stations and heading out into downtown to find more amazing places to eat and explore (do NOT miss The Butcher and the Boar). Honestly, this loft trumped any hotel we would have stayed in (and even came with an attentive concierge who called to check in on us and supplied us with so much helpful info) and it was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had!!! Missin' that sexy loft."

  • This house was beautiful, great for larger groups.

"I think each adult in our group commented on how nice this house was during our stay. We enjoyed using the hot tub, jumping into the lake, and using the paddle boat. We used the downstairs basement area as a "quiet place" -- a family room, small kitchen, beautiful bathroom, plus small bedroom; perfect for a little escape and quiet if someone wanted a snooze in the middle of the day.The little park right across the street was a bonus for us, with all the kids in our group. The relatively short distance from the airport made this a do-able vacation for us out-of-towners. We had some windy days during our visit, which was perfect for keeping the mosquitos away. Connie was responsive and easy to work with. Overall, a great house."

  • Enjoyable stay in a great neighborhood

"Great place to stay close to many places like Powderhorn Park, May Day Cafe, Pillsbury House, Latin focused restaurants along Lake St, and the train station. Worked out well for a group of touring performers in town for three weeks. Loved being able to walk around the neighborhood. Spacious living and dining area. We used the kitchen well. The place was clean and comfortable. Easy access and information available by property owner."

  • Fun in N.E. Mpls.

"My friends and I enjoyed an awesome long weekend at Beth's place, we found it to be very clean, well equipped and in a great neighbourhood. The location on the river is great for people who are interested in hanging out on the decks and enjoying a meal and a drink overlooking the river. We brought our bicycles so having a garage to store them was ideal, there is bike routes in close proximity and pretty easy to get most places in the twin cities. There are lots of great places to check out in the North-east including (but no limited to) The Sample Room, Dangerous Man, Kramarczuk's (Sunday brunch for sure) and The Crescent Bakery. If you want to do your own cooking there is a good grocery store with a decent wine/beer selection within walking distance and also a couple of coffee spots. There is plenty of room for 3 couples and there were no issues with parking our vehicles. As much as this condo is on a busy street it is set back and we didn't find any issues with traffic noise. We had a couple of minor issues but Beth was available and they were dealt with to our satisfaction."
