  • Awesome!

"This was an amazing place. We couldn't have had a better stay. The house was gorgeous, beautifully appointed, and impeccably maintained....and fully equipped with just about anything you could need. The owners Dirk and Ruth were friendly, warm, and welcoming. It was a fabulous setting for our extended family coming together for our nieces wedding. We loved the beautiful park opposite the house, and the surrounding area of tree lined streets and beautiful old homes....and the bike path along the river. We absolutely would recommend it to friends, relatives, or any one looking for a truly 5 star experience. Michael and Janice and family."

  • What a wonderful house,

"Our family rented both upstairs and downstairs for 5 nights. It was magical. Our nephew was married. We hosted the grooms dinner in the back yard for 50. The apartment slept 10 and everyone was very comfortable -room for more. Lovely kind neighbors and landlords. One street off of the famous Summit Ave. Spotlessly clean with every amenity. We could get anywhere in St. Paul in minutes. Oh what fun."

  • Reunion

"What a wonderful place! We had a group of ten for a reunion of veterans, some that haven't seen each other in almost 30 years. The house offered much more privacy and fun than if we would have stayed in a hotel. It was so nice to have the ability to have home-cooked meals. Nice amount of room for all of us to stretch out and the dining room was a focal point of a lot of fun meals, games and conversations!! Having the hot tub and pool was so much fun and the fire pit was great on a beautiful Autumn day. The owner has it so nicely stocked that you just need to bring clothes and whatever food you want to cook. Even shampoo and body wash was available!! The only drawbacks, which were minor, is that the TV had no cable and the WiFi isn't the strongest."

  • Best of both worlds

"My husband and I arrived a few days before a couple other family members came to enjoy the weekend in this beautiful part of St Paul with us. The condo was very pleasant to stay in clean, comfortable bed, the ability to cook some meals and enjoy a lovely back deck and yard we relaxed part of the time and did many nearby attractions. We loved walking the neighborhood and found many treasures "Moscow on the Hill" was delicious and had the best service, "Nina's " had the best mocha I've ever enjoyed. The new "green line train" was a few blocks away and it was very convenient to go into Minneapolis to the Vikings game. The hockey stadium is a few blocks away from the condo and we walked there for the game. The St Paul Cathedral is magnificent and anytime we were in St Paul and had to find our way back to the condo we just looked up and headed in that direction. The Minneapolis Orchestra was a highlight of our trip and bike riding the Cannon Trail was rewarded with lunch at the Wistera Tea Room in the Pottery Factory in the town of Red Wing. So many things to do and we are already thinking of when we can return."
