"Thank you for a wonderful stay in your home. We traveled with two families and grandma and had a fantastic extended weekend. The house is within blocks of the lift bridge so we enjoyed the coming and going of big ships. Within walking distance to Canal Park and also public beach access which made if very easy to get around with young kids. We had everything we needed to fix meals at home and the house was well equipped with soap and paper products. Everyone had plenty of personal space along with a fantastic great room for us to gather for meals and games. Will definitely recommend."

"My family and I just returned home after a wonderful week at Cottage on the Point. This house was the perfect getaway, quiet, comfortable, well equipped and the owners were very respectful and friendly. I recommend this house to any couple or family that would like the feel of being at home and yet discovering the many fun things to experience in Duluth. I really like the ability to vacation in a neighborhood environment and have the family connect by making meals, playing, swimming and kayaking on the lake and just being together in this historic and interesting house. This so much better than just squeezing into separate condos or hotel rooms and going to eat at a restaurant for every meal. We took the Vista Cruise tour, big red ore boat tour, hiked Gooseberry Falls and enjoyed eating at the Duluth Grill."

"My partner and our 3 teenage niece and nephews were a perfect fit for this cottage. They each got to pick their upstairs bedroom. They played ping-pong and were able to go to the beach whenever they wanted to. There was wifi and TV as well. The place has a kind of comfortable ambience that may have to do with the natural wood floors and neutral colors. My favorite spot for morning coffee and evening wine was the top part of the deck. The property is very well maintained and was spotless, too. We lucked out on Duluth weather and came back to Dallas rested and happy."
