  • Thumbs Up from Arrowhead Region Enthusiasts!

"Jane was very responsive and a wonderful host. She was able to accommodate my brother, dad, and I for a nice long weekend of canoeing, fishing, and hiking on very short notice and we were the last guests of the year before the cabin was winterized. The location served as a great home-base being close to the boundary waters, Gunflint Trail, and Grand Marais. I caught my first brook trout just down the road in the cascade river! The cabin layout was simple and satisfying. We put one of the canoes to good use and there was plenty of gear available for boating and kayaking too. We will definitely keep the cabin in mind on our next trip up north!"

  • Artists Loft

"Our stay at this quaint little loft was quite enjoyable. Located in downtown Grand Marais, it has a wonderful view of the Grand Marais Harbor. It was quiet with a tucked away entrance. There was easy access, a walk down the stairs to the street, to walk to the harbor and/or most places to eat. The Gunflint Tavern is right next door. A fun place for music and great food."
