  • Ella's Inn is a winner!

"Ella's Inn is a wonderful eclectic immaculate kept Inn! All rooms are spacious with fresh clean linens on the comfy beds and plenty of towels etc. for a house full! Fully stocked kitchen, was a plus! (Incase you want to cook some or all of meals there) It is only a block and 1/2 from town and makes it easy to walk to and from. Never having to use your car. You can sit and enjoy the flowers on the front stoop, or a shady garden on the side. At night if you aren't pooped from site seeing you can sit by a roaring fire in the back yard. The owners Terry and Lori make you feel right at home and don't care that you and your family are loud when playing games at night! I would stay at Ella's again. I had family that stayed in town and they wished they had reserved a room at Ella's. Thank you Lori and Terry for opening up your home to our family. We had a great time!"

  • Highly Recommend

"We had a great time celebrating a retirement at the home with 4 couples. There was plenty of room for all of us to gather, whether it was in the living room, dinner table, or screened-in patio. The home was clean and ready to go when we got there. I would highly recommend staying here. If you enjoy cycling there is a great trail right off the driveway. I only wished that there was a little more sitting room outside, but the screened-in porch was great (and kept the bugs away!)."

  • North shore exploring

"The townhome was just as described. It was well maintained and had everything you generally would want. We cooked in the place a number of nights (2 adults and 2 tweens). The whirlpool was enjoyed by everyone, and the boys especially liked having a pool available since Superior is too cold to swim in. We used this as home base to climb, hike, kayak, sight see, fish and rock hunt. We found lots of MN agates. The only thing a little frustrating was the wireless internet was unreliable and very slow. There is not enough bandwidth to support much of anything. My husband needed to work on the internet at night and usually could not. We would come back and recommend to others."
