"This was our second time renting this cabin and we were happy to be back on the Gunflint and be away from the fast-paced city life. The sunsets are simply amazing from the dock. Bring your camera! Close enough to Grand Marais to go on a day trip to the appropriately-named "America's coolest small town." This cabin has all the amenities you need and the owners are extremely helpful and low-key for a nice hassle-free trip. Very comfortable. Lots of great hikes nearby like honeymoon bluff, Magnetic Rock and Grand Marais' Artist's Point. Enjoy the beauty and peace of the Northwoods!"

"Devil Point Guest House was the perfect place for our family (including dog) to stay. It was a comfortable, clean (no evidence of previous pets) and functional place to spend a week. There was so much to do at the cabin which has a nice dock and perfect little sandy beach, yet it was also a quiet place to relax and read a book. We loved our time kayaking, canoeing, swimming and fishing on the lake. There were board games and lawn games provided that were enjoyed by kids and parents alike. We appreciated the proximity to Grand Marais as well as all of the surrounding hiking trails. Jane and Jim left great literature describing and giving directions to all kinds of activities. I can't imagine a better place for our family to stay."

"The cabin and screen house is our new favorite place. All you will need to bring is your food. Mike & Cindy have it well stocked with all the extras. Great area to explore. The photos is exactly how the cabin looks. Cozy, comfy, beautiful, and peaceful. The lake is huge and we kayaked everyday. Mike & Cindy are fantastic hosts. Will be coming back very soon! Thanks Mike & Cindy!"

"My family of six stayed at Fox Ridge for 1 week in August and it was very nice! The cabin itself was pretty much a "city slickers" version of "roughing-it"! We enjoyed all of the luxuries of the cabin - refrigerator, running water, toilet, shower, stove, microwave - and yet we were sitting right in the middle of a state forest, enjoying the calls of the loons, the beautiful clear lake, the chipmunk, and the deer. Our goal was to be secluded for the week, and it was accomplished! The owner was very accommodating in helping us make sure the DirectTv was not available to make this an electronic-free retreat as much as possible. We did not see any of the neighbors and only on the last day saw a fisher boating on the lake. The space was very nice with lots of blankets and pillows and enough beds for all of us! The kitchen had all of the utensils and pots and pans needed! The fire pit was wonderful and easy to use! Would recommend this place to anyone!"
