"We rented this house 4 years ago and have been to one other place in between this visit and the last time 4 years ago and this house by far is the nicest house. It holds all of us and there is so much room. It meets the needs of everyone. The house has everything you need. This year we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. I always let my friends know if they need a house rental around Red Wing this is the place to stay."

"This was our second stay at the cabin and certainly will not be our last. The cabin is wonderful and has everything you need. Lake City is a five minute drive away for any essentials you forgot. It was unseasonably cool the first two days of our stay but the living room has floor to ceiling windows so we enjoyed the river and bluff views from the cozy living room. We even saw a few eagles and hawks dive into the water and catch fish! The neighborhood is quiet and safe which is something my husband and I value. The water was high when we were there so we didn't have a beach but the water lapping up against the retaining wall was the next best thing. Boat traffic is minimal which made our canoe trips enjoyable. There is a state park trail just a mile or so down the road that we hiked several times. The owners are easy to work with and accommodating. We spent some time in Red Wing on a rainy day. If you visit, you should stop at the Whistle Stop cafe in Frontenac. It is the quintessential very small town cafe. Nothing fancy but a fun way to support the local economy."

"Being the "guest of honor" I can only say it was "Fantastic". The house was super nice for our family, very clean and spacious. The location is perfect with Lake Pepin being across the street and walking distance to the uptown area was splendid. Weather was perfect with a gas grill in the back yard was definitely to our advantage. It is a wonderful place and each Family needs to check it out as to their personal needs. For us it was the "perfect" place."
