"We had a great time at this town home! This is right on Lake Pepin. We loved sitting on the patio and looking at the water. We even had a bald eagle in the tree right outside! Quiet, peaceful spot. Great to have two separate bedrooms and baths and the room set up was great. Plenty of room for people, comfortable furniture, newer appliances, and the kitchen was stocked. Only disappointment was we had planned to take the Pearl of the Lake Paddle Boat, which docks right outside, and they canceled the day of for "not enough people." Thanks for sharing your town home, we had a great vacation there!"

"A fine gathering spot for our teen grandchildren and parents visiting from Arizona, with midwest relatives. This house provided the setting for a wonderful family gathering with multiple places to sit and chat, play games, and watch the birds and boats on the river/lake. Caretakers have thought of everything, and the property was move-in ready. Wonderful views of the water, proximity to town to walk the marina and browse the shops. Toured the Eagle Ctr. and ate lunch at Nelson Creamery (a hidden gem) across the Wabasha bridge. Saw Lark Toys and went to a movie in Red Wing. Ate family breakfast at Chickadee Cottage. Very easy to get around the towns along the river and all have that "hometown" feel. Only drawback was that traffic going by the cottage, was heavy on a lovely summer weekend. The house more than made up for this negative aspect, and you are able to close the windows/ shutters on that side. We salute the owner and caretakers for offering such a fine product at a very fair price."

"Sharon was a great hostess, working with us on arrival time and ready for us when we arrived. The property is outfitted with everything you might need. Everything is kept in good order, clean and great quality. Great location near the lake. Good meeting spot for north and south people to meet in the middle!"

"Our family gathered from 5 states in early May for a yearly celebration. Great house for any kind of get together. Very well stocked and organized, especially the kitchen. The cooks in our group loved being in the kitchen.
Plenty of outdoor activities minutes away, eagle watching was a hit. A natural paradise; trees leafing out, wildflowers starting to bloom, parks, biking trails, locals foraging wild mushrooms.
Or, you can just chill on the great south facing decks and soak it all in.
Cool historic river town of Red Wing just over the hill."
