  • wedding party

"We loved this place. Hated to leave. It was a older home but everything was in great working order. Since we had rehearsal dinner and wedding it was great to have a bathroom in every room and 1 extra. Also loved the climate control for every room. dining and living was great because we had wedding party in and out all weekend. Kitchen was kind of small but made it work. Would recommend and would love to stay again. Owner was also great to work with."

  • Great home for Family (13) vacation

"There was enough room to sleep, cook, visit and play for 13 people. Ages 12-70+ family vacation, it was just right. Beds were terrific, nice to have air conditioning on such a hot week, but we enjoyed the deck at night, no bugs! Thought we would get eaten alive with all the trees, but it was very pleasant at night. Kids enjoyed the games downstairs. We enjoyed a laundry room and big kitchen! I was a bit worried about the deck...seemed to me that it was loose, leaning toward the forest, not very stable. But the guys said it was built well, and there was nothing to worry about. The veiws cannot be beat. We were very close to the marina so we could use a slip for jet skis and rented a boat for a day. The Lake is awesome....so big, so much to see, very peaceful. The house is close enough to Hwy 65, so we are just a few exits away from the Branson strip, for shows and shopping. Also nice restaurants closed to the house too, Devils Pool Lake and Hook and Ladder Pizza. Mostly, I just wanted to sit out on the deck and enjoy the view and wildlife."

  • Unbelievable hospitality

"Our family has come here ever year for the last 5 years and stayed in Sarah's Chalet. There is nothing overlooked her from check in to check out. In fact I think it improves every year. Paddleboats for the kids, outdoor firepit for the adults, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. We are so grateful for this place for our family time and encourage you to stay here and enjoy all that Innsbrook has to offer."

  • Perfect vacation home!

"We had a wonderful vacation and this vacation house was perfect. It had everything we needed! The house is just gorgeous, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need! The wine opener and glasses were a nice touch and very handy!! We had more than enough room with 7 people. Penny, the next door neighbor and owner's mother, is just a gem! She made our vacation perfect! I wish we had more time to visit with her, she is the sweetest ever! I can not wait til our next trip to Osage Beach! Thank you for the perfect vacation!"
