"Stayed for two nights, and it was great. The pool area has two hot tubs, and is available year round. Stayed in the one bedroom unit, and it had all the amenities one could need for a couple days, or a couple weeks. Owners emailed right away after the reservation with detailed instructions, which were easy to follow. The only small ding are the full beds. A little too small for two adults, and matresses are a bit springy. Will gladly stay here again in the future!"

Giant hidden gem in Branson - perfect for large groups
"Tucked inside a very off-the-beaten path area, this home is spacious, extremely well furnished, and perfect for large groups or multiple families.
I hosted an business retreat here and we enjoyed the multiple gathering areas upstairs and down, the view of the lake, the outdoor patio, and of course the giant kitchen with almost every pan, pot, and utensil you'd ever need...and two (much appreciated) coffee makers! The extra-large dining room table allowed us to share meals together without needing to spread around the house. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are fully stocked with plenty of towels. There are several pull-out beds and even a few air mattresses too.
All the floors are wooden and it would be nice to have a few carpets to make sitting on the floor more comfortable. I would be a bit concerned about getting to the property in the winter if the weather is bad considering the gravel roads are steep and curvy. The internet connection was not the fastest but was still reliable, which is surprising given the rural location. Cell phone service is not so great.
The owner was great to work with and the reservation process was quick and painless. We're definitely looking forward to staying at the Red Elk Lodge again!"

"I have been going to Bennett for over 30 years and this is without a doubt the nicest cabin and best value we have found. It is super clean and appeared to be recently built. It has everything you need from a BBQ grill, Covered deck w/ Tiki torches, big fire pit, and walk out basement. Inside there is a cool old wood burning stove, full appliances including fridge, stove, coffee maker, washer/dryer and even cable TV. The house was even stocked with pots and pans, paper towels, TP and coffee filters etc. We went with two families and it is big enough that you have some privacy and plenty of beds to sleep everyone. I'd imagine if you used the air mattresses we saw stored in the basement you could comfortably have a really big group there as it is very spacious. The family that rents the house is local and very accessible/responsive if you have any questions or need anything (and incredibly nice people to boot!). Quit searching and get a reservation for this place before the secret is out! Just please don't pick a weekend we aren't going down because my girlfriend said she won't stay anywhere else again ;)"
