"I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the Ozarks. It is very clean, beautiful décor, comfortable beds, has all the amenities of home, and a great location. They have a screened in porch overlooking the lake with a table and grill. The boat dock is great and the slip plenty big for our boat. Fishing was GREAT!!!! The owners were super nice. I will cherish the memories my family and I made there, and so look forward to going back."

"What a fantastic little house. It was SUPER clean and cozy. This is truly a perfect home away from home. Pat has it set up with soap, shampoo, spices, and even toothpicks, my husband was even impressed!!! Pat went above and beyond for us. She met us and led us to the boat ramp, waited, drove our truck out of the water, and even let me follow her to the house. We can't thank you enough for all you did for us to make our stay so enjoyable. We will be back!!!"

"We normally spend one week a year at Lake of the Ozarks with our 2 kids, their spouses and 4 grandkids. We've had good times and some not so good but this years stay was one of the best. The house was a good fit for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and when we had a couple of small problems, Jim the owner responded quickly to take care of them. The house sits very close to the water with only a few steps to the dock. We had such a good time in the quiet cove that we stayed at the dock most of the time to swim with the family instead of taking the boat out. I would recommend to anyone who brings a boat that the boat ramp close to the house is fairly steep and long and it is a dead end road just past the house. This makes it hard to try and maneuver the boat and trailer around should you decide that you want to launch at the alternate ramp that is back down the road you come in on. That ramp is short and not steep at all and this is the one I used. The dock has about 7 foot of water under it and there is a hydrohoist in the second smaller slip that you can use for a waverunner or flat bottom fishing boat. I would recommend this place to anyone and we plan to return next summer."
