"My family and I really enjoyed our time at the lake in this condo! It's clean, plenty roomy, peaceful yet not too far from lots of fun things to do. Best of all the owner is so nice and easy to work with you feel like you're friends by the end of your visit!"

"There were 16 of us at the "lost weekend" house. Nice accommodations. Large kitchen and separate bungalow was perfect for one family with smaller (napping) children. Large shaded area between house and dock for outside games. No steps to get in the house or to the dock for mature adults. Great access to boat rentals and grocery store."

"We had 13 family members (seven between the ages of 5 and 15) for a getaway at the Lake - the only one with any Lake of the Ozarks experience was me.
I'll start with this: we had an outstanding time.
The houses were pretty clean and comfortable. The cove is quiet and peaceful, at least it was until we arrived with seven between the ages of 5 and 15. We rented a boat and a waverunner, and the dock* served us well.
*Two docks exist, but one sustained damage in a storm a couple days before we arrived. The owner was quick to inform me of this.
The kids loved the swing rope and floating around in the no-wake cove. First-time boaters and tubers were at ease as I took them around the "quiet side." Sitting on the decks when the weather allowed it was a highlight for all of us early-morning-coffee-drinkers. The dock is just a series of steps down the hill. It was just so easy to enjoy the Lake here - both for someone who has spent large chunks of time here and for the 12 people with me who haven't.
I would absolutely rent here again.
Other minor notes:
The Wi-Fi was a little wonky at times, and cell service is naturally spotty. Channels were never available on one of the cable boxes*, which was only a real issue on the night it stormed while we were there. Sure, the kids were terrified of not having electronic devices or TV, but eh.
*I'm confident the owner would have addressed this if I had called, but I never had service when we tried the TV. In the grand scheme, this is exceptionally minor. I was asked to note it, so I am."

"Our family vacations together once a year and this year we decided on Bella & Cottage. The spacious home and grounds exceeded all our expectations! The kitchen is large and fully stocked. We enjoyed many meals around the large kitchen table and used the game room downstairs for hours. The house was very clean and we loved having an updated bathroom attached to each bedroom. We spent a lot of time around the fire pit and rented a beautiful pontoon boat from Gary and Debbie. A wonderful time was had by all! Thank you, Gary and Debbie, for answering our every need in a detailed and timely manner! We would highly recommend this rental property!"
