"We had 13 family members (seven between the ages of 5 and 15) for a getaway at the Lake - the only one with any Lake of the Ozarks experience was me.
I'll start with this: we had an outstanding time.
The houses were pretty clean and comfortable. The cove is quiet and peaceful, at least it was until we arrived with seven between the ages of 5 and 15. We rented a boat and a waverunner, and the dock* served us well.
*Two docks exist, but one sustained damage in a storm a couple days before we arrived. The owner was quick to inform me of this.
The kids loved the swing rope and floating around in the no-wake cove. First-time boaters and tubers were at ease as I took them around the "quiet side." Sitting on the decks when the weather allowed it was a highlight for all of us early-morning-coffee-drinkers. The dock is just a series of steps down the hill. It was just so easy to enjoy the Lake here - both for someone who has spent large chunks of time here and for the 12 people with me who haven't.
I would absolutely rent here again.
Other minor notes:
The Wi-Fi was a little wonky at times, and cell service is naturally spotty. Channels were never available on one of the cable boxes*, which was only a real issue on the night it stormed while we were there. Sure, the kids were terrified of not having electronic devices or TV, but eh.
*I'm confident the owner would have addressed this if I had called, but I never had service when we tried the TV. In the grand scheme, this is exceptionally minor. I was asked to note it, so I am."

"This home was just right for our extended family get together! Roomy great room, great dock, fire pit, and sitting area on waters edge, great location, spent 7 nights here with 5 adults and 2 children.
everything was better than described, very stocked kitchen, had everything we needed to make meals easily! Brand New Woods Grocery was close enough to go several times during the week, Beautiful deck, and dock area, with comfotable patio furniture, spent most mornings and evenigs relaxing there watching the kids jump off the dock. Fished and caught a few Crappies off the dock, the girls were so excited. Took our Pontoon over to Captain Rons for lunch 1 day. Really good food and service. All beds were very comfortable. Cove is very quiet and relaxing even on the weekend. We Also spent a day hiking and seeing the sights in Ha Ha Tonka Park. It's a wonderful deviation from lake activites, so much history in the area. Be sure to read through the welcome binder in the great room, it has alot of great information for your stay. Oh by the way a brand new Grill was delivered during our stay, Yay, grilled several meals on the house deck. We would love to return at some point (like maybe next week, Lol)"

"We had a multi-generational group and there was something for everyone! Everyone enjoyed the water - swimming, boating and fishing. We brought our own boat - great covered dock for that. Well equipped kitchen - we ate all of our meals there using both table and counter. Covered porch was wonderful in the evenings for the adults and daytime for the kids when not in the water. We would rent it again!"

"Every other year our family holds a reunion for over 30+ people. We have previously stayed at remote guest/dude ranches and mountain estates in Colorado but have never planned a true lake experience. We could have not planned a more wonderful reunion than the one we had at Eagle's Point. We rented this incredible home for 5 nights and also had an "overflow" house rental nearby. The home exceeded our expectations, spotless, large gathering areas, beautiful lake view, large bedrooms most with water views. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were! What made the stay even better was that we enlisted John and his full staff to manage all of the details from renting boats, arranging 2 fabulous catering services (Chris at the Butcher Shop for all our lunches and dinners and Chef Randy for all the breakfasts-sorry I don't remember his restaurant's name) We elected to have daily housekeeping and general help for running errands, bringing extra coolers, hauling lunches and beverages down to the dock, the list goes on. Teresa and Ann were a delight and kept the "ship afloat" with any needs that we had during our stay. We used absolutely every service that the management team offered and were so pleased to have found a property that had all of these amenities, great accommodations and services to make our stay incredible. We can't recommend this property enough! A BIG THANKS TO A WONDERFUL,EFFICIENT,HELPFUL TEAM! The Hambleton Family"
