"We had such a great time staying at this "loaded" chalet and enjoyed all the amenities it offered. The icing on the cake was the pontoon boat. We had so much fun on it! I highly recommend this property for a family or small group get away."

"Our family of 19 (11 adults, 3 teens, and 5 kids) stayed here for a week in July. The home itself was very comfortable with plenty of room. Spent lots of time down by the lake (s'mores, fishing, firefly catching, kayaking (that we rented separately).
Things we really enjoyed:
Kitchen well stocked, two ovens (loved the gas oven), bedrooms comfortable, plenty of linens, comfortable furniture with ample seating for meals, beautiful secluded setting, awesome wrap around patio with rocking chairs, open concept with lots of natural light, baby friendly with two high chairs, pack & plays, and baby gate. Easy to contain small children in large areas.
Suggestions that would make this 5 stars:
More than 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom with a large group for a week.
Seating/picnic table down by the water.
Kayak or canoe for taking advantage of all the lake has to offer. Maybe offer at an additional price for the week with the house rental?
A small dock to fish off of.
Would be easier for guests to keep house cleaner with provided cleaning supplies: clorox wipes, dishwasher pods, sponges, more trash bags, and paper towels.
Wifi works, but slow (probably due to many of us in the home). Owner was very helpful in getting our wifi up and running when we encountered problems upon arrival. This was also on the 4th of July, so kudos to the owner for being available and finding help on a holiday.
Thanks for lots of wonderful memories! Would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"This cabin was absolutely amazing! Everything we could have asked for was there. Lake was literally in the backyard with a small trail leading straight to the shoreline. We comfortably slept 15 adults (mostly couples) with room to spare if you were to bring air mattresses. All of the kitchen amenities we needed were available. There was a cabinet stocked with board games and even a few movies in case we needed them. The deck had a gorgeous morning view of the autumn trees changing colors. The claw foot bathtub in the master bedroom was very relaxing after a long day in the lake. Shell Knobb was only 15 minutes away and had a fully equipped grocery store, a few cute diners/restaurants, boat rentals, and more. Communication from Dennis was fabulous and he went far above to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be returning and planning on making this an annual trip. (The photos of the basement did show pool, ping pong, and darts but all that was there was the pool table. Absolutely no effect on our vacation, but just FYI.)
Thank you, thank you for a wonderful 30 birthday retreat!!"

"My sisters and I took our 85 year old mother to Branson for a visit. We wanted a place that would accommodate my mother's mobility issues, allow her to take relaxing breaks when she got tired, and be large enough for us to congregate in one area. This condo more than met our expectations. We used the handicapped parking spot in front of the unit but there were just as convenient nonhandicapped spots available the entire visit. Mom was able to maneuver her walker easily from the car to the front door and all through the condo. The location of the condo was convenient to all the attractions around Branson and allowed us to return mom back to the condo when she was ready but allow others to go back out and continue to explore. The recliner was a welcome retreat when mom returned back to the condo. The separate bedrooms and living room accommodated late night and early morning schedules without bothering anyone. We didn't do any cooking but did stay in and eat take out one evening and as we explored the kitchen we were impressed with how well stocked it was. Some were considering renting a hotel room so they would have a bed but once they found the price of the condo was comparable to the prices of the hotels they were considering they decided to rent the owners 2nd unit instead. The 2nd unit was upstairs and a few doors down which made it feel like we were all staying in one condo. We didn't realize how useful the access to a washer and dryer would be but we ended up using it daily. Luckily we had brought laundry detergent just in case. The entry touch pad was very easy to use and allowed everyone to come and go without passing a key around. The condo was clean, linens great, and beds comfortable. Ceiling fans were a plus. We didn't use Netflix or TVs in bedrooms. Those who used the internet in both units said the upstairs unit had a better internet connection. The only issues we had were because of my mother's mobility issues and not the owners negligence. Sharing in case others are traveling with elderly parents. As I travel with mom I find these are common issues. The bed was too high for her to climb into but the step stool from the kitchen (owners seemed to have thought of everything) gave her the boost she needed. The shower did have a seat for mom but there were no grab bars for her to hold onto as she exited and entered. Owners were easy to communicate with and payment was easily made. We would rent again."
