"This condo was very nice and in a good location especially if you are coming with a boat. The enclosed balcony was especially nice for hanging out and not having to fight off the bugs. It was perfect for a toddler too because she could see out and we didn't have to worry about her falling. The only thing bad I can say is the grill is not the best but we made do. Thank you Teresa for a nice home away from home to stay!"

"My family and I enjoyed a few day vacation in the remarkable Branson getaway house. The house is two stories, open layout, high ceilings and gives off a modern day lake-house/cabin-feel with the intricate wood work and cozy woodsy theme. All ten of us were able to fit very comfortably in the space provided and the kids enjoyed bunking with their siblings and cousins. The open layout of the house really kept the family engaged, even the cooks could still feel involved with the rest of the family, which is pretty rare for our family. The entire gang enjoyed the xbox and games provided by the owners.
What was a great treat was the fact the house backs right up to a wooded area setting up the opportunity for anytime of day hikes. Our family enjoys hiking a lot so we were also able to venture out only a short distance from the house to find more intricate and longer trails, some along riverbeds. My kids could not get enough of these hikes and the opportunity to explore the woods and riverbeds. We were also able to walk to the lake from the house and make a day trip of fishing, canoeing and picnicking. One of the days we rented a speed boat from a local marina on table rock lake, it was a BLAST!
Coming from the busy city of Chicago it was nice to get away from the noise and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. That being said i can honestly say my family did appreciate the fact that Branson City was not too far from the house and we could engage in many different forms of entertainment like mini golf, live shows and shopping! The city also has a promenade with many different amazing restaurants for the nights the adults felt like being pampered. This vacation exceeded all expectations my family and I had, leaving at the end was the hardest part. I would recommend this house for families of all shapes and sizes, and can imagine it would be a great house for a girls weekend!"

"My family and I stayed for two nights right after Christmas- this was our 4th stay in the condo. It feels like home now when we walk in! It is a beautiful, clean, happy place to stay. Great location. Everything provided that you could possibly need. This was the first year that my 7 year old stayed in the upstairs bedroom by herself- in the past she always insisted on sleeping with us in the master bedroom. This year she walked right upstairs, put her bag down, and announced, "Oh, I've missed this room!". Cracked us up. :) Roy and Jane are lovely to work with. We tried the brunch this year at Big Cedar. Really yummy. Love this place!"

"The condo was AWESOME, we loved the view of the pool. Condo was very clean, and spacious. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo, after 8 days we did not want to come home. Thank you again, your condo is beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable."
