  • Great Condo for a Family Vacation!

"We had a wonderful time on our family vacation and the condo fit 7 adults and 2 children very well! This condo is very spacious, well-maintained and clean, with a great view of lake, but not noisy at all. The amenities were wonderful and the pools/sauna/steam-room/tennis court/basketball courts were in awesome condition. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kind of utensil you could ever need which was a major plus when cooking! One of my kids complained that their mattress was uncomfortable and too firm, but that was the only time I heard a complaint out of anyone! The owners were very helpful and always responded quickly. I highly recommend this property, especially for families!"

  • Lovely condo

"My sister and I just returned from visiting Osage Beach and staying in this very nice condo. It was presented very well in the pictures shown. Very nice screened in deck to enjoy the view of the main channel and to just sit and relax. My sister and I both have some knee problems and were able to manage the steps into the condo just fine. This is probably one of the very best condos we have stayed in. It was very well stocked with all the incidentals that one might need to cook a full meal. The condo was, also, decorated very tastefully. My grandkids spent some time in the condo with us and there were even toys and movies provided to keep them occupied. We, also, spent an afternoon at the outdoor pool and it was very well kept. The Knolls is an older complex but very well maintained. You could sit on the deck in evenings and not hear a bunch of partying or loud music which was very much appreciated. Another plus was that I never once heard anyone in the above, below or side units. Bottom line is that it is an excellent place to stay and the owners very easy to work with. We will be back."

  • Beautiful views and access to everything

"As advertised, the condo has a great view of the Lake, just high enough to see over the boat docks and low enough that you can easily walk down to the Lake. The facility was clean, neatly kept, and well stocked with items for the laundry and a few kitchen items as well. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The condo is close to the entrance of HH (Horseshoe Bend) so you can be at the Outlets, putt-putt, go-karts, whatever within a few minutes. The owner was very responsive to a request for assistance with finding something in the condo and for a problem with the grill. Only a few minutes to respond to a text which was outstanding. Only two minor downsides - the parking is narrow and tight on the end of the parking lot where the condo is so if you have a large Suburban or similar you will probably want to park down to the right and walk 20 or 30 yards to the condo. Secondly, there does not appear to be a trash dumpster on the bottom level where the condo is so you need to remember to dump it on your way out near the entrance. Both very minor items and well worth it as the condo is really nice!"
