  • spacious comfortable apartment

"My husband and I stayed for 5 nights with my brother and his wife joining us for the first 2 nights at no extra cost. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking, coffee beans, grinder and french press too! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to St Louis and Hannibal to enjoy the countryside driving to and from Clarksville. Apartment is above owner's business Bee Naturals and rental includes $25 in store credit. Plus we bought extra products too."

  • Great Family Gathering

"I spent a lot of time on line looking for a large home on the lake to accommodate my husband and I, our two son's families and my brother and sister-in-law. There were 13 people ranging in age from 70 to 18 months so that is a large group and all of them traveling several hours for this get together. I felt some anxiety about the house I chose,,but I need not have worried. The house was wonderful! By that I mean it was clean, comfortable, well located and so well equipped that we didn't lack a thing. We had great weather during our stay and the huge doc with sliding board, paddle boats, kayaks, fishing gear, tables and many lounge chairs was the perfect playground for everyone. The kids gave the slide quite a workout and it was fun to watch them having a good time. The kitchen had 2 refrigerators, good quality pans, dishes and cutlery, large table and gas grill right outside the kitchen door. My husband grilled great food all seven nights and we could all sit together for meals and the games that followed. We do like to eat. The owner is next door so she is convenient if needed but not at all intrusive. The house is located well and it is a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and any number of activities but, other than getting food to prepare, we spent most of our time enjoying the house and lake. That's what we came for. We had a wonderful time and memories to treasure."
