  • Perfect spot

"This was the perfect touch-down spot for our weekend trip to Kansas City. Walkable to everything, comfortable, stylish. We spent much of our time on the balcony, when we weren't out and about exploring the city. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

  • Great getaway

"Great location with everything you could possibly need. Tucked away off the main road for privacy, yet only a three minute drive from the marina. Owners are personable and touched base on the first day to make sure everything was to our liking, and we're available if we needed anything. If we go back again next year we will be staying here."

  • THE PERFECT VACATION HOME FOR OUR FAMILY!

"Could not have found a better place to take my family of 11 to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. The house had everything we needed and we loved being close to the pool. We can't wait to find another reason to return! The owners were wonderful to work with and made us feel right at home! HIGHLY recommend this home for your Branson Vacation."

  • Loved the location!

"The location of this condo is really what makes the condo good instead of just average. It worked really well for our family who enjoyed going to the "point pool" as we called it! It was great to be able to walk off the dock right to the main path that took us to the pool or beach area. The pictures and descriptions were very accurate so I wasn't surprised by much when we arrived. In fact, I thought the indoor condo furniture was more comfortable and relaxing than I expected from the photos. The master suite and bathroom were quite roomy and perfect for us to include a pack-n-play for our daughter to sleep in. If you like to cook a great deal be prepared that this kitchen could use some new things like plates, sharp knives and silverware. I also thought the the deck furnishings were a bit misleading in that both of the tables were tiny bistro's and the chairs were rickety. I also wish there had been a larger table either on the deck or in the condo for our family of 6 to sit at together for meals. But PLEASE don't get me wrong, I would definitely recommend this condo for a family vacation or stay of any kind. I just think it is important to know what you are getting. This condo was a little less expensive than some of the others and I think that makes it OK! Everyone we met on the property was fun and friendly and many told us they had been coming to The Ledges for years. I hope we will be able to return in the future!"
