  • Perfect spot

"This was the perfect touch-down spot for our weekend trip to Kansas City. Walkable to everything, comfortable, stylish. We spent much of our time on the balcony, when we weren't out and about exploring the city. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

  • Very Nice Condo

"I was searching for a 3 bedroom condo at a reasonable price and found this one to be just right. I took my in-laws for a tour of Branson as they were hooked when we took them 2 years ago. There were 6 of us, we needed more space than a hotel room could offer. Since I had not rented from Steve and Rhonda before, all I could go on was what was posted and the reviews. We were not disappointed. The condo was clean and well kept. We were immediately comfortable with the setting and it made for a very nice stay in Branson. I highly recommend this condo. Both Steve and Rhonda were very easy to work with and they provided easy to understand instructions on how to find the condo as well as a few basic check out procedures. I'd rent from them again."

  • Nice place, great location, terrific views

"Condo was nicely kept and clean. Bed was comfortable. Deck has amazing views of the lake. Place is nicely located and minutes to any accommodation needed. Carpets could use some steam cleaning and or replacing but overall the place was great. Like the abundance of ice trays in the freezer as it helped prevent trips to the store but would've loved to see an ice maker. Kitchen had everything needed to make our stay easier. Would stay again and recommend to others. MGR/owner was terrific to deal with."

  • Annual Outing For In-Laws

"Very nice and well furnished, equipped and maintained walk-in unit that met needs and I would rent again or recommend to others. Jacque was great to work with and definitely a big aid in making the arrangements to get the rest of our group into another unit. THX!! The Greens is well positioned for convenient and fairly quick access to what Branson has to offer, but had stayed elsewhere last year because a prior Greens rental unit lacked TV in 2nd bedroom - which is important for 89 yr. old who is accustomed to having TV in bedroom, sometimes stays in and enjoys baseball playoff games. Having 2 King beds was great for our needs and all slept well, but realize another set up might be more convenient with kids. Personally, like ceiling fans, but the oscillating fans provided took up the slack for need for air movement. The dishwasher is noisy, so run while going out or overnight. The walk-in was a necessity and hand bar at tub aided with the 89 yr. old on walker and layout seemed fine for her navigation. The only (minor) problem there is the outside curb step-up/down from parking, which the builders did not plan for. Not having bath soap or laundry supplies was a bit inconvenient, but appreciate the forewarning in that regard, so that we were prepared and, unfortunately, people can take unfair advantage of supplies. Thankfully, for us older folks, there don't tend to be a lot of children with school in session or other extraneous noise. I started visiting Branson before traffic on 76 was an issue because there wasn't much there & enjoyed myself. Branson seems to have changed again-'big names' in shorter supply & lots of tribute shows. Pierce Arrow (changed substantially, but still well done & we did both afternoon & evening - Bobby does a great job & gets a bit more 'face time') & SIX were the consensus favorites again; we really liked the prior comedian at Pierce Arrow (& he's now with Billy Dean if you're looking, but not our week), but we were thoroughly entertained by the current comedy. Neil Diamond Tribute was interesting & enjoyable & Jonah was quite a production (There is some artistic license, but maybe more people are being exposed to God's message.) & 1st half of Liverpool Legends was pleasant nostalgia. Don't miss Grandma Ruth's cinnamon (& toffee & caramel) rolls (nearby & look for coupon); Famous Dave's BBQ (Branson Landing & 10% off coupon) & Burger Shack were good as usual; couldn't get them moving to do Gail's Café early-Oh well"
