  • Nice

"The condo itself was nice. It was clean and comfortable. It did take a long time to cool the upstairs was the only downfall. The resort as a whole is kind of run down though. Looking out the back door there is a huge trash or brush pile. The outdoor pool closest to the condo was closed down."

  • Such a beautiful condo!

"This condo was such a beautiful and luxurious place to stay. We were all very impressed. We didn't have much time to utilize the pool and hot tub there on premises as we went to Silver Dollar City and White Water Bay, but did enjoy the jetted tub! Thank you very much for sharing your condo with us!"

  • This is our "Go To" Lake House

"My family has rented this house 6 different times over the past several years for summer vacation fun and Christmas shopping in November. We love it and have already reserved it for next summer! With four of the five bedrooms upstairs (each with TV and bath) the early to bed group can snuggle in when they want and the late-nighters can stay up and not disturb them. The covered deck and dock are perfect for any time of day or evening with ample chairs and tables. Being located in a cove, the lake is calm enough over the weekend for lounging on rafts off the big dock. The dock is just a short walk from the house with less than ten steps - very easy access. The house has all the comforts and amenities you can ever want and the owners were very timely in responding the ONE time we needed to contact them during all of our stays. I highly recommend this house."

  • A wonderful place to stay! Especially for large families!

"My extended family takes an annual trip each August. We have age ranges from 2 years to 73 years. We really enjoyed our stay, it's great when our entire family is able to stay under 1 roof. The only concern we had was the lack of towels. When you have 20 people, you need lots of towels. This would not have been a big deal had we known in advance, rather than scrambling at the last minute to have people bring them from home. So, my only advice is to bring your own bath supplies, beach towels ( which the site does say) and dish rags/towels. Not a big deal. Make sure you bring your own pots and pans if you are cooking for a large group ( we learned that years ago so we were prepared). If we were planning to grill for a full meal, we would have needed to bring an extra grill. We weren't sure what to do with the obviously large amounts of trash that we produced, so we bagged it up and kept it on the front deck. Luckily no animals got in it. A dumpster on site might be a good idea. The dock was awesome! It was so nice to swim off of, hang out on, and keep our boat and jet skis right on the property! Bill was very helpful with anything we needed or had questions about. It is nice to have a caretaker on site! I will speak for my family when I say we would defiantly consider returning in future years! Thanks everyone!"
