  • Great place to relax on the lake!

"Our family has property at the lake but we needed more space for a family renuion. This unit worked out perfectly. It is nicely furnished and at a very good location on the lake. This is a second floor unit which is perfect as it is a straight walk in from the parking lot (due to the hill) and the balcony is above ground level facing the lake so you have a nice view. On the balcony, you get morning sun and afternoon shade which is very nice during the summer. And Shorty Pants restaurant/pub is right next door. We'll be renting this unit again."

  • Great deck!

"We just returned from our time at Liquid Relaxation and that is exactly what it was. I loved the deck with the porch swing, lots of outside seating and a hot tub. My favorite thing was just to take in the beauty if the lake from the porch swing. The deck/porch is covered, so even though it rained a bunch while we were there, we still got to go outside and enjoy. The 4 bedrooms with king sized beds were nice with 4 bathrooms. The downstairs space is large and we especially enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen is very well stocked and they included so many extras in the house like a washer and dryer, shampoo in the showers, hair dryer, and even the alarm clock in our bedroom had two outlets to plug in my phone and tablet. The owners were very accommodating. My grandson tipped over a small glass table and broke it. The owners were more concerned for his safety than the loss of the table. The only downside I found was that the upstairs door opens from the inside even when locked, so it was hard to keep my adventuresome grandson in. Also, the road to get there is very narrow and looks like a lane instead of a road, so it was hard to find. Overall, it is a great property to stay in!!!"

  • Very relaxing

"The house is a little far from Hwy 160, but is worth it, you can see the lake most of the way there. The house is plenty big and is very comfortable. We took our time each day getting up and going to the lake to boat and the house was great for night time entertainment as well. We have been going to Bull Shoals for many years and have previously stayed at one of the fishing "resorts" which is in need of updating, so we searched for other options. There are not very many options, so I am very glad we got the Sundown House. We kept our boat at Theodosia Marina and ate at Cookies a few times, very good food as always, sometimes very busy. we will definitely stay here again and would recommend it for large or small families. We used to spend around $1000.00 / week (extra people = extra $) for the fishing cabins, and they are small and you still have to drive down to the lake and the marina was a lot farther."

  • Wonderful!

"This is the perfect place for anyone to stay. The condo was clean, decorated nicely, and best of all had plenty of room for my family and in-laws (8 people total). We all felt at home at the condo."
