  • Wonderful Time!!!

"We had a wedding in Branson and were looking for a condo that would accommodate a few people getting ready for the event. So we can across this listing Steve was so helpful in telling us how far the wedding would be from the condo and all other attractions. So we chose this place and have not regretted it. After some talking we decide to stay a few days longer in Branson and Steve was also able to accommodate us with that. So I can pleasantly say we had a terrific stay at this listing, our wedding was great and we had time for some rest and relaxation. So I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks again Steve"

  • Nice and COMFORTABLE!

"We had a nice 4 days in Branson staying at Judy and Phil's condo. Their condo is very comfortable and has a lot of extras down to condiments and spices in the cabinets! We were able to get to 3 shows (best was Legend in Concert), played miniature golf and rode High Rise go carts. Had some good meals - especially White River Fish House and Mel's Hard Luck Diner (cute!) Thanks for fitting us into your busy rental schedule!"

  • Great Family Weekend!

"Thank you for providing the venue for a wonderful family weekend! It was perfect for our family to start a new chapter after we had a heart-breaking year losing two beloved family members. Edgewater Estate gave us a fresh setting to spend quality time with one another laughing, crying and telling stories. The Guest House not only provided overflow for the younger families at bedtime, but a space to retreat when the emotions ran high. So, thank you for accommodating us with that impulsive decision - My husband and I said to each other several times during the weekend how thankful we were to have the Guest House. Jim, thank you for being so warm and welcoming. What a pleasure it is to arrive somewhere to check in with a friendly soul like you. :-) Jennifer, it was certainly a pleasure meeting you and putting a face with all the correspondence. We all agreed that this needs to be an annual event. October was a good month for all the crazy schedules, football games, etc., not to mention a quieter time in the area. Everyone left feeling grateful for the time together in such a lovely home. Thank you from all of us! (And thank you for the welcome gift from your winery, how thoughtful!)"
