  • Great family vacation home

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 4th of July vacation here. We had four families, with a total of 8 adults and 9 children, sleeping and eating very comfortably in the home. The pictures of the deck and dock, just don’t do them justice. The deck is HUGE and we spent most of our days lounging, swimging and fishing off the dock. It was a great house for a leisurely lake vacation. The owner was fantastic to work with and we highly recommend the property!"

  • Amazing vacation home

"Just enjoyed a fantastic week at this amazing vacation home with friends. The house is spacious and had plenty of room for 4 families with children. The location couldn't have been more beautiful and the quiet area of the lake that it sits on was perfect for tubing and water skiing for the entire family. The dock with slide kept the children happy for hours. We are already looking forward to planning a return trip."

  • Wonderful, charming cabin. Just needs a few repairs...

"We just returned from our stay at the Red Cedar and had a fantastic time! The pictures just don't do justice to how charming this cabin is! It is beautifully decorated with all the space you could want. We especially loved how quiet it was so we could enjoy our amazing view of the lake, as well as the wooded hills behind the cabin. The beds were comfortable, and the rates were very reasonable for all that you get. However, there are a few things that are definitely in need of some attention. The dishwasher is an absolute must! It doesn't work, so we had to wash all dishes before we could use them, as well as (obviously) after each use. Spent a lot more time at the sink than I'd hoped to, which was a little disappointing since I see others had already mentioned this issue in previous reviews and in the guestbook. The rugs were all pretty dirty, and many of them caused us all to trip numerous times. We didn't need the a/c since it was winter, but we were glad we didn't once we noticed how dirty the filter was. The sliding door in the downstairs could barely be opened and closed. Clocks were out of batteries, some blinds and lampshades were needing repair. Just a few small changes would make this a 5 star in my book! If we make it back to the Branson area, we'd definitely want to stay in this cabin again! Thanks for a great stay!"

  • Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway

"This house was perfect for a girls getaway! It was extremely spacious and had plenty of activities for everyone in our group. We really enjoyed spending the days in the water and the evenings on the deck. There was also a great downstairs that was perfect for a large group to hang out or play pool. The house is located in a very private cove that was perfect for floating and we were excited that there were water toys (including a floating cooler and water noodles) in the closet on the dock. The location was perfect because it was very private, but also close if you wanted to go do an activity, such as jet skiing or shopping. The owners were very easy to work with and very professional. We loved our vacation at this house and would highly recommend it."
