"Had a wonderful time at the "Plake". Bob and Kaleen were awesome hosts and the cabin contained everything you would need for your stay. Home offered internet, cable and spacious quarters. Our friends from High River Canada joined our visit and the home was perfect for four adults and two small children. Have stayed at many homes/cabins and this was by far the most impressive! All of the previous reviews were right on and we would highly recommend to anyone interested in a nice place to stay. We will be returning in the future!"

The Schoolhouse - The best place we've ever stayed
"The Homestead Cabin was booked so my girlfriend and I stayed at the Schoolhouse for 3 nights. We've stayed in a lot of cottages, cabins, and hotels in the US and across Europe, and the Schoolhouse turned out to be the best place we have ever stayed in, absolutely, hands down. Sarah has beautifully restored the building and it's done to the highest specification, down to the last detail. The decorations, linens, rugs and furniture were all very tasteful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The sinks and other fittings were incredibly nice and unique (we especially liked the bathroom sink and the lights over the kitchen), and the bed was huge and so comfortable. The whole cabin was so clean and inviting and cosy; the perfect romantic respite from a day's long hike or the hustle and bustle of Yellowstone. We had a great time stargazing from the porch, with the sound of the creek running close by. Although there are other cabins/houses nearby, it still felt very secluded and private, which was just perfect for our trip. Sarah was a brilliant host; she was helpful, kind and friendly - she made us feel so welcome. We honestly didn't want to leave, and would come back in a heartbeat."

"Our families were extremely happy at the Lucky Ewe cabin. When we pulled in we were a little worried it would not be big enough for all of us. Then we opened the door and were shocked at how large the house was. The view is quite breath taking. The loft was perfect for the kids. My only recommendation would be to move the foosball table to the bottom game room. I would definately recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the Big Sky area. It is a great location with a great view."

"My husband, my dog, and I took a baby moon vacation to Bozeman, MT for a weekend stay. We had a fantastic time staying at the Bird's Nest. The Bird's Nest was very clean and was decorated so well. It was kind of unusual... reminding us of our home in Joshua Tree, CA. The home has 2 bedrooms, one up a very steep ladder, and the other down a very steep flight of stairs. However, I was 7 months pregnant at the time of our trip and could manage both just fine. Just be careful and hold onto the railings!
The Bird's Nest is also located very close to the main street of Bozeman, which we found to be an excellent location. It is also a block away from an off-leash friendly dog park. The tree lined streets have ample sidewalks and it was nice to just walk our dog around the neighborhood. At the time of our stay, the leaves were changing colors, which just added more charm to the entire area.
Stacie was a perfect host. Giving us our privacy, but available by phone, e-mail, or messaging at any time. Stacie came by and provided us more firewood one evening, which was super nice and helpful. We used the backyard fire pit to make s'mores one evening. She also left us a hammock for relaxing in the large backyard. I really enjoyed both of those activities!
Overall, we highly recommend staying at the Bird's Nest when looking for a place in Bozeman, MT. Thanks Stacie for all your hospitality!
Sincerely, Brandi & Paul"
