"This cabin is right on Lake McDonald, beside the Lodge. It's quiet, clean, roomy, and comfortable--even the beds are comfortable. It has huge picture windows that look out at the lake so you'll spend much of your time being mesmerized by the view. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher and all the soaps are provided. In fact, if I recall correctly, everything is provided except the food. There are several nice restaurants nearby. Also, if you forget something, the cabin is right behind the General Store and it seemed to be very well stocked. The shuttle pickup is across the street from the General Store and it will take you anywhere you want to go. The internet worked but it was slow. We found that it was fine for checking email but we weren't there to hang out on our computers. In fact, you should know that you won't have any cellular service anywhere in the park. One person in our group had Verizon, one had AT&T and one had Sprint. There was Verizon service at St. Mary's and, believe it or not, on the deck of Sperry Chalet. Don't let that stop you from really enjoying this park or this cabin. You'll love it!"

"Our stay at Meadow Lake was planned for a 90th birthday celebration and family reunion. The spacious living room and kitchen provided ample room for all the guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about every gadget and appliance you you find at home. We also enjoyed being able to have the kids on one side of the house and not hearing them while we slept in. The only complaint we had was that Meadow Lake has excluded access to the pool area/activities area."

"Ten adults (4 couples, 2 singles) stayed in the house for 4 nights, and explored Glacier Park and the surrounding area during the days. It was convenient to the Park (about 20-30 minutes), stores (5 minutes), airport (15 minutes) and still felt isolated (very important to us). We visited and played cards on the deck, relaxed in the Jacuzzi, cooked meals in the great kitchen and grill, and several of us made a point of enjoying the master bath shower. For us, it was the perfect base; we were out all day, everyday. We had a nights sleep; we visited at breakfast times and we knew we were coming back to a really nice house. I have picky siblings, and everyone still liked the house."
