"Glacier is a beautiful place, but what made it even better for us was coming back after a day of hiking to a place that was peaceful and quiet, comfortable and included an incredible view of the mountains. This home is great! We loved the big deck that overlooks the mountains and the small pond on the property. We even saw a small bear and a moose from the house! The view from the master suite on the top floor was spectacular as the sun set over the moutains! You can certainly tell that these owners use and love this home. It was very well stocked, even included maps of Glacier, bear spray and hiking poles which was great for us as novice hikers! The owners were easy to work with and answered many questions about the area. We liked the quieter side of the park on East Glacier. It was a memorable get away for us."

"This house was good for us, in terms of space and comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable. It had a kind of cottage charm. It's an approximately 10 minute drive from downtown whitefish, and on a busy hill day, took us about 50 minutes to get to the top of the ski hill.
We didn't realize the owner lived in the suite above the garage right next to the house, which was a surprise and felt like it should have been communicated / advertised, specifically because the ad stated it was a home on 3 acres. It seemed like it was being advertised as more of a private area."

"The cabin was charming, well-appointed and ideally located for swimming, kayaking and watching the sunset. We had a lovely stay, relaxing on the deck and down at the dock... and stopping in between to eat the raspberries growing in the yard. Gordon was very helpful with directions and made sure to check that everything was going well. Highly recommended."

"A small mob (13 adults and two dogs) went to Whitefish for the Family Day weekend: our only prerequsite was a place where we could all stay together that was relatively near to the town and ski hill. Reeky Lum fit the bill, it is HUGE, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had plenty of beds for the couples (or if you have kids, plenty of places to hide them).
We had a fantastic time skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing in the backyard, and playing games around the large dining room table. In to town for dinner on Saturday night, we were pleased to find out it was only 20 minute drive (or $40 cab for 6 people for those requiring such info).
Needless to say, I would highly recommend this place to any large group of people."
