  • Wonderful shabby chic home with character

"What a wonderful place to get together for my daughters graduation from PT school. The photos were accurate and still had me wondering if we could fit 2 sets of grandparents in and make everyone comfortable. Yes! Enough room in the back yard for a small get together with friends and family and enough bathrooms. We rented the entire place and it was so perfect for 3 couples, 1 grandma and a daughter. The owner answered my questions when I called about a big enough crockpot for a crowd and kitchen was well stocked for our needs. I brought the big crockpot. Made our weekend much more doable with the location. Room to feed everyone when they were hungry and not having to go finding restaurants with 9 of us was an added bonus. Parking was great. Might be a good idea to remember parking on the street with out a permit will warrant you a ticket, so use the off street parking they provide. I am already recommending this place to my friends and will use it in the future."

  • Beautiful Missoula

"We came to Missoula for a wedding. The Bungalow was perfect for our needs. It's in a great location - two blocks from Greenough Park, and most places we visited seemed to be less than a 10 minutes drive. We shopped at Good Foods and ate in a couple of days. The pantry is fully stocked, so check the cabinets before you decide you need to buy an item like cinnamon or honey. Lane and Linda recycle, compost and use alternative energy sources like solar panels. Must see places to go, North: Bison Reserve, East: Garnet - abandoned mining town, South: Lee Metcalf Birding Refuge, and West: Lolo Pass, Idaho. All are less than an hour from the Bungalow. I would recommend this location for any couple who is looking for a low stress vacation rental."

  • A pleasant retreat

"My wife and I stayed at Rosemary's Slant Street Bungalow in Missoula. We greatly enjoyed the time we spent there. It is a convenient central location for getting to downtown or the University. We were able to walk many places without using our car. The outside temperatures were quite frigid, but we stayed comfortable inside by the cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking meals, which saved helped keep costs down. Rosemary was very helpful for suggesting nearby hiking to enjoy the local area. It was also appreciated that she was particular in her care of this lovely home. We are so glad we chose to stay there instead of a motel. Highly recommend staying there for days or even weeks."
