  • Family trip to Montana

"Took a family trip to Montana to site see and complete one obstical on my fathers bucket list and when we found this house we knew it was the place for us. Tom and Sue where so helpful and nice and we are greatful to enjoy there house on our trip. The house inside and out gave us the best time for our trip. Sometimes it was hard just to leave to go sight seeing. The view outside all windows and on the deck was spectacular. The owners have such a nice detailed book to help on any trip into town. The screened in porch was a hit for dinners and games. The house was super comfortable inside and had everything we could imagine to have with our stay. Well suited kitchen gave us time to cook and enjoy family time. I would tell anyone ready to get away for a great relaxing beautiful time to pick this house. Well centered to all places to see and shop."

  • Family Vacation

"My family and I (13 of us) spent a week in this lovely home. It was spacious, clean, well-stocked, well-furnished and a fully equipped kitchen. We ate in every night, mostly using the grill but also the oven. The home lived up to the photos and amenities. It was secluded enough but yet very picturesque and our group loved using the fire pit. We spent several days at Glacier, mostly hiking. Also, did white water rafting, zip lining, and hiking at Big Mountain (we were able to pick huckleberries, before the bears got them). The best Family Vacation ever, we were ages 72 through 12. I would definitely recommend this to a large family/group."

  • Lots of space, mountain air, away from hustle & bustle

"We enjoyed an extended 4th of July weekend at the Big Mountain Condo with our adult children and young grandchildren. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate everyone's needs with room for the group to visit, as well as places for people to get away for a nap. We really appreciated having the playpen and rubbermaid bin of toys for the grandkids to enjoy. The back deck was big enough for all 8 adults to sit and visit comfortably while we barbecued dinner. We brought our own chairs and I would recommend that to others as there are only 2 on the deck. We were happy to find the kitchen even had a crockpot! It is very well-appointed. We were disappointed the hot tub was not open while we were visiting, but the hot summer nights may not have been conducive to that anyway. The condo does not have A/C, but there are nice ceiling fans in every bedroom; as well as sliding glass doors out on the multi-level decks so you can easily create air flow to cool it off. (Montana cools off very nicely in the evenings, and you can't beat the fresh mountain air!) We happened across the little store just up the road while out on a walk the first night and found it very handy when we ran out of milk and needed ice. They have a wide variety of foods available and staff that are very informative on the activities available at the resort (Alpine slide, gondola rides, hiking trails). While not fancy, the Big Mountain condo has all the necessities for a great getaway! Thanks for being so great to work with and for sharing your lovely space!"
