"A small mob (13 adults and two dogs) went to Whitefish for the Family Day weekend: our only prerequsite was a place where we could all stay together that was relatively near to the town and ski hill. Reeky Lum fit the bill, it is HUGE, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had plenty of beds for the couples (or if you have kids, plenty of places to hide them).
We had a fantastic time skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing in the backyard, and playing games around the large dining room table. In to town for dinner on Saturday night, we were pleased to find out it was only 20 minute drive (or $40 cab for 6 people for those requiring such info).
Needless to say, I would highly recommend this place to any large group of people."

"I love this place! This is our second time renting and we will definitely return. The condo is perfect, the area is wonderful, and the activities are endless! Love that you can walk or bike into town for a day/night of fun! Went paddle boarding, biking, hiking, enjoyed Taste of Whitefish, target shooting, walked the beach collecting beautiful rocks, meditated out on the dock, the paddle aired, the deck of the condo and totally relaxed! Linda, thank you again and I'm so glad we met this year!"

"This property is gorgeous inside and out! The bedrooms are spacious, each with their own full bathroom. The kitchen is extremely high end with very nice plates, dishes etc... The location is perfect. We walked right to the base lift out our back door and enjoyed the scenic chairlift to the top of the mountain where we had a delicious lunch. Glacier and the town of Whitefish are not far and we enjoyed several day trips from the property. Setting up the stay was easy and Margaret was available for all questions and concerns.
I gave this property 4 stars because of the lack of air conditioning(which we were told beforehand by Margaret). Sleeping is on the 3rd floor and temps reached 90's for our entire stay. It did cool down at night but our neighbors had multiple generations of smokers outside our windows at all hours of the day and night and they stayed up late in the hot tub making noise in the wee hours of the morning. If this were winter this place would be a five star hands down! I would still recommend it, maybe we just had a patch of bad luck with the renters next door."

"Redberry Cottage was everything we needed for our month in Whitefish: Off street parking, only 10 minutes up the mountain to the ski resort, a nicely appointed kitchen and a wifi connection to get some work done online. We really felt at home when we were there, easily falling into a daily rhythm of skiing, eating and sleeping. We didn't make use of the detached sleeping area but it looked like a perfect place for older children or perhaps snoring husbands. The house has a sense of place that eludes a lot of fancier and more expensive luxury accommodations. In good weather, downtown or the lake is an easy walk and the neighborhood is unpretentious and quiet. Lisa is professional and easy to deal with and easily accommodated a minor schedule change we had to make. We would definitely return."
