"The Elk View Lodge provided and excellent location from which to venture forth, south into Yellowstone and north to Ennis, Virginian and Nevada Cities. We were greeted by Pam and Steve who provided everything from directions to wine. They are genuine, warm and accommodating hosts. The home is very much as advertised and was very clean!!! The views are incredible, especially appreciated while sitting in the jacuzzi. We had everything we needed and more with plenty of room to spread out. There were nine adults in our party which was comprised of old friends and family members aged 25 to 88 and we all had a wonderful week. We were especially thankful that our dog was welcome."

"Very beautiful cabin in a great mountain location. The pictures don't really do it justice. Plenty of room for a family with 2 teenagers and a dog! The spiral staircase wasn't a problem for our dog - she simply wasn't interested in trying it. The location was perfect! Plenty of privacy and only a short drive to historical Phillipsburg. So peaceful and quiet! The owner is easy to work with and very helpful. We had a wonderful time exploring Phillipsburg's restaurants, microbrewery, and shops, and panning for sapphires. The jeep ghost town tour with Eric from High Country Adventures was definitely worth it and a fun time. Be sure to try Friday Night Pizza - it's amazing. We will definitely be back!"

"This is a must if you are looking for a comfortable, feel at home, spacious, and a place that has it all. We traveled from Indiana and Wisconsin to meet up as a family for a little get away and a visit with our niece who is working at a near by ranch. The cabin is more than what we expected. The owners had thought of everything to make our stay an absolute wonderful experience. It really is a piece of heaven at the cabin and all around. The surrounding areas are breathtaking as well as the very own creek that runs right in the back yard.
Are stay was almost a week, but we all could have stayed much longer :)
Thank you for allowing us to share your special place."
