"This is a must if you are looking for a comfortable, feel at home, spacious, and a place that has it all. We traveled from Indiana and Wisconsin to meet up as a family for a little get away and a visit with our niece who is working at a near by ranch. The cabin is more than what we expected. The owners had thought of everything to make our stay an absolute wonderful experience. It really is a piece of heaven at the cabin and all around. The surrounding areas are breathtaking as well as the very own creek that runs right in the back yard.
Are stay was almost a week, but we all could have stayed much longer :)
Thank you for allowing us to share your special place."

"Very beautiful cabin in a great mountain location. The pictures don't really do it justice. Plenty of room for a family with 2 teenagers and a dog! The spiral staircase wasn't a problem for our dog - she simply wasn't interested in trying it. The location was perfect! Plenty of privacy and only a short drive to historical Phillipsburg. So peaceful and quiet! The owner is easy to work with and very helpful. We had a wonderful time exploring Phillipsburg's restaurants, microbrewery, and shops, and panning for sapphires. The jeep ghost town tour with Eric from High Country Adventures was definitely worth it and a fun time. Be sure to try Friday Night Pizza - it's amazing. We will definitely be back!"

"Our family of 7 adults and two babies had a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous property. Beautiful and unpretentious accommodations - perfect for our family, and very child friendly with playpen and a dedicated child-sized play room. Kitchen was fully equipped, including pantry, and all appliances in great working order. Cozying up to the wood burning fireplace was the perfect way to wind down the cool mountain evenings. Stars at night from horizon to horizon. Elk, eagles, and even a bull moose steps away from our door. The house is tight, secure, perhaps not as much soundproofing as we would have liked (babies!), but the generous and open floor plan was inviting and made for a wonderful family atmosphere. Highly recommended, and our family looks forward to returning to this particular slice of wilderness paradise."
