"Nothing more relaxing than running water and the closeness to the Gallatin river was inspiring. The cabin is well stocked with many amenities such as a hot tub, games & books. The furnishings were perfect and added to the rustic charm. What a perfect end to a vacation after racing around Yellowstone for 3 days. Enjoyed trout from the river and the short thunderstorms at this time of year. Many options for activities in the area & Big Sky has a great grocery store that has unique food items. Great place for activities or just enjoying the deck listening & watching the river."

"We enjoyed the cabin a lot. The river is just behind the property and we were able to sit out on the back porch and enjoy the river and the birds and bunnies around it. The covered porch was a favorite for all of us! We tended to leave in the morning, do everything we wanted to do, and then come back for the rest of the day/night. It's a good 10-15 minutes outside the park entrance, and then it's a little ways to anything in the park, so we didn't come and go a lot. The gravel road was pretty rough on our minivan, another reason to only drive it when we needed to. There was a lot of construction going on, including at the North entrance onto the road we needed. We were having data issues with our phones, and so it made it harder to figure out where we needed to be. After the first day it wasn't an issue. It was close enough that I really enjoyed getting away from the crowds at YNP to come here in the afternoon and at night. It was also nice being able to spread out the family when we got back."

"I can't say enough about how beautiful this condo is. The remodeling that was done with the slate and ceramic tile, granite counters and woodwork is just incredible. This condo has everything you need for a a cozy place whether summer or winter. We used it as our home base for hiking and visits to Yellowstone, Paradise Valley, and Bozeman as well as the surrounding area of Big Sky. There is no wifi, so you have to count on your cell service. If you have At&t, it's not the greatest reception, so be prepared to be a little "disconnected" from the world. (Not such a bad thing on vacation, right?) The pool and hot tub were nice, too. No A/C. Most places don't have it around here. It cools off nicely during the night and there's good cross ventilation with the windows open. You may even hear the packs of coyotes off in the distance at night. I heard them on two nights during our stay. There is a washer and dryer, too, which was a nice convenience. Overall, the place was wonderful and we'd highly recommend it. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place and enjoy the area."

"A beautiful, well-appointed, and comfortable base for the exploration of Yellowstone. We are wolf watchers, and Silver Willows is the best for access to the Northern Tier of YNP where wolves are sighted from the road. We were quite fortunate to see the 19 members of the Junction Butte Pack this year. Wildlife abounds near here with pronghorn, bison, coyotes, wolves, black bear, grizzlies all in Lamar Valley and Hayden Valley. My husband enjoyed fishing in nearby lakes, and in Soda Butte Creek. The cabin itself is very clean, well-appointed, and beautifully designed. Max is so very attentive and communicates so well. We hope to return but we see that next September is nearly full….Looking forward to staying here again in the future."
