  • Fall Getaway

"My wife and I recently stayed here for some much needed R&R. After many years of vacationing in nearby cities and hotels we decided to try VRBO. We were quite pleased with our decision. The owner was very prompt and helpful with any questions we had. The condo was well appointed, well maintained and as described in the listing. Much to our surprise we found bottled water, fresh fruit, munchies and a selection of beer and wine. It felt like we were staying in someones home rather than a rental condo. We enjoyed Meadow Village restaurants such as Lone Peak Brewery, Albertos, Blue Moon Bakery and Choppers. The nearby grocery stores were also well stocked. Try the Ouzel Falls Trail for an easy hike and don't miss Yellowstone National Park in the fall. The church service at Big Sky Chapel was warm and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the property."

  • Wonderful cabin in a beautiful location.

"We stayed here for the 1st week of our honeymoon at the end of July 14 and loved the place! The condo is really spacious, very well maintained and has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom is huge and the bed is massive! The hot tub was cleaned and drained on the day we arrived and we loved using it after a nice long walk in the mountains. The property has a good barbeque and tables outside so that you can enjoy the views across the town. The location is good for the resort of Big Sky is you are there in the Ski season. We were there in summer so went for many excellent walks in the area. If you like to hike we would recommend Ouzel falls (close to the condo and a nice scenic walk which is quite easy) Beehive Basin (stunning scenery with a small lake at the end of the walk), & Lava Lake (more challenging in terms of vertical walking but a big lake is the reward & the scenery is fantastic) the first you can walk straight form the condo and the other two are about 10-20mins drive away, take bear spray. The main reason we picked the condo was for the proximity of Yellowstone National Park. We ventured to the park on 2 days during the week at the condo. It’s about 45 mins drive to the park entrance which is really convenient. It’s closer to stay in west Yellowstone if you need to be closer to the park but we preferred the condo and location of Big Sky for nicer scenery and it’s less touristy than West Yellowstone. There are lots of things to do in Big Sky aside from the walking. We went white water rafting with the Geyser WWR company which is ten mins from the condo, I would highly recommend this and we also went horse riding which was great fun. I would highly recommend these trips & they are good for all ages. From start to finish the service and help provided by the owner was excellent. We had the most amazing week in the property and the town of Big Sky was great. There are a few nice places to eat and drink in the town, the local convenience store has anything you could possibly want & they had a few events on whilst we were in town such as the PBR rodeo which was great fun. We dined at the Gallatin River Restaurant & Bucks T4 just outside of town, both were really nice informal meals and Buck’s has a complimentary shuttle bus that will pick you up and drop you off when you book dinner. In Big Sky there is a pub/restaurant called Choppers that serves good beer and tasty pub food like burgers and steaks."

  • Family with kids

"Great location. The condo was even more beautiful, well appointed and clean than the pictures on the website. They had the condo stocked with several brochures, magazines and phone numbers to point you in the right direction on activities if you don't already have solid plans. Taking the lift to Lone Peak for a picnic on the mountain and whitewater rafting the Gallatin were some favorite trip highlights. The famers market at the meadow was cool too. We will definitely be back!"

  • Home Away from Home

"My husband and I and our 9 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was an easy drive from Bozeman Airport. It was also only a 10-15 minute further drive up the mountain to Big Sky resort. It was nicely decorated and had all the amenities of our own home. It was wonderful to come back to the condo and its hot tub after a day of skiing. Given the several feet of snow that occurred during our stay, we were very happy to have had a garage for our rental car! The condo was spacious, clean and was indeed as photographed. It was very easy to deal with the owner. We were so grateful for her numerous suggestions and recommendations regarding the area. We gladly recommend this condo and hope to find ourselves back here again soon!"
