  • Wonderful cabin in a beautiful location.

"We stayed here for the 1st week of our honeymoon at the end of July 14 and loved the place! The condo is really spacious, very well maintained and has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom is huge and the bed is massive! The hot tub was cleaned and drained on the day we arrived and we loved using it after a nice long walk in the mountains. The property has a good barbeque and tables outside so that you can enjoy the views across the town. The location is good for the resort of Big Sky is you are there in the Ski season. We were there in summer so went for many excellent walks in the area. If you like to hike we would recommend Ouzel falls (close to the condo and a nice scenic walk which is quite easy) Beehive Basin (stunning scenery with a small lake at the end of the walk), & Lava Lake (more challenging in terms of vertical walking but a big lake is the reward & the scenery is fantastic) the first you can walk straight form the condo and the other two are about 10-20mins drive away, take bear spray. The main reason we picked the condo was for the proximity of Yellowstone National Park. We ventured to the park on 2 days during the week at the condo. It’s about 45 mins drive to the park entrance which is really convenient. It’s closer to stay in west Yellowstone if you need to be closer to the park but we preferred the condo and location of Big Sky for nicer scenery and it’s less touristy than West Yellowstone. There are lots of things to do in Big Sky aside from the walking. We went white water rafting with the Geyser WWR company which is ten mins from the condo, I would highly recommend this and we also went horse riding which was great fun. I would highly recommend these trips & they are good for all ages. From start to finish the service and help provided by the owner was excellent. We had the most amazing week in the property and the town of Big Sky was great. There are a few nice places to eat and drink in the town, the local convenience store has anything you could possibly want & they had a few events on whilst we were in town such as the PBR rodeo which was great fun. We dined at the Gallatin River Restaurant & Bucks T4 just outside of town, both were really nice informal meals and Buck’s has a complimentary shuttle bus that will pick you up and drop you off when you book dinner. In Big Sky there is a pub/restaurant called Choppers that serves good beer and tasty pub food like burgers and steaks."

  • Donny R - Minneapolis Mn

"This was my first trip to Big Sky. Four adults drove out from Minnesota. We booked a little late so I had some worries when I locked in the contract. All those fears disappeared once we arrived. The town home is just over a mile from town, a bit too far to walk but very convenient. The condo was well furnished with great space for ski equipment, great TV 's and wifi. About a 12 minute drive to the mountain base. Shuttle route is nearby also. Fantastic property for a group! Being near town was great.the hot tub was just fine for four. All correspondences were electronic. Great communicators ! Skol for Big Sky!!!"

  • Great Location and Views! TB

"My husband and I and my 20 year old daughter really enjoyed our stay in Big Sky and the townhouse. Really did feel like our home away from home. If we just could have ordered more SNOW! Lots of melting toward the end of the week on the mountain and heard it was a very unusual year. The hot tub was awesome after long days of skiing and sore muscles. Loved having the garage and a nice fire in the fireplace. Kitchen was well-equipped and it was nice to have plenty of towels, napkins, pt, tp, laundry detergent, lotions, humidifiers, etc. Really enjoyed several of the dining facilities nearby as well. The Lotus Pad and sandwiches at the Hungry Moose were excellent as well as the pizza at Ousal and Spur. Just a few things we couldn't find or were missing ... DVD player, CD player, hair dryer and ice maker wasn't working. Really appreciate all the information and advice!! We hope to return another year!"

  • Practical, comfortable, affordable

"This is the 3rd year in a row I have rented this house for a group of guy friends gathering to ski, eat well, and watch college hoops. The property managers are friendly, helpful, and available. The Hot Tub is easy, the TV is flat and big, the music sound system is a bonus. The heated double garage works well for ski and boot storage . Lots of light, big windows and nice deck. The only thing that needs fixing up are some of the windows that don't open ( esp important in the bathrooms). I have tried several properties in Big Sky, including mountain rentals, ski in ski out, and meadow condos. If this house is available for your dates, and the bed accommodations work for you, this house is great value. We'll be back next year."
