  • Wonderful Family Experience!!

"What a beautiful place!! We couldn't have asked for a better 'fit' for our vacation needs... this cabin truly has it all: beautiful kitchen, 2 fireplaces, 2-story deck, sauna, hot tub, pool table, dart board, board games, and a GREAT mountain view!! It is a very short drive (probably 2 min.) to Big Sky Resort. The kitchen is even stocked with some necessities! The kitchen/dining/living room were all open - which is perfect for a large group gathering & meal sharing. We wanted to take our little guys sledding... which there is not a real spot for at the resort... BUT all we had to do was walk out our front door. The cabin is built into the side of a hill/mountain, so we were able to sled right at the cabin. There is also a groomed trail a little ways down the road, that apparently takes you to the mountain for skiing. We had 9 people staying - could easily have accommodated 4-5 more people. There is a loft upstairs with a queen size bed & futon (not a lot of privacy). On the main level there is a master bedroom (w/ king size bed) & it's own bathroom. There is also a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed & a main bath. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed & a 2nd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds & there is a separate bathroom (with sauna). WONDERFUL experience - would definitely do it again!!"

  • Great Place, size, location.

"This was our first trip to Big Sky, we where looking for a ski in / ski out place and this place was perfect. To get to the slopes, you need to cross a quiet street to get access to a "private" lift for this buildings."

  • Elena M.

"First, I want to thank the owner Phil, who was a great help from the beginning. I received all necessary info in advance. His condo has everything you need. You also have a free access to Huntley pool, which is in a walking distance across parking lot. We did CC-ski at Loan Mountain Ranch, and it was enjoyable. The only disadvantage was a very weak WI-FI. We brought a mobile internet with us and used it to watch movies on the computer."

  • Stillwater condo a great location and a great value

"We just spent 6 nights at this Stillwater condo. This place is in a great location and is a great value. It's just a few minutes walk on the road in front of the condo to get to the base area and lifts. The unit was very comfortable, seemed more like home than a Shoshone condo, where we have stayed in the past. The unit is pretty much as described, perfect for us and for our daughter and son-in-law, who were able to come for a few days from Missoula and stayed in the loft. We love to make our own breakfasts and dinner, and brought plenty of food from Bozeman, eating out just one night with the kids at Chet's. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, good knives, etc., has some spices, and other goodies (like teas bags, some coffee) either left by the owner or previous guests. Great coffee pot -- a necessity for us! The ski closet is right outside the door, very convenient. Place was clean, walls nicely painted and accented, nice vintage Big Sky and Brewpub posters on the walls. Nice view out the living room window. Just as a point of information: The dining table is round. There are 4 windsor chairs around it, and one in the master bedroom, totaling 5. There are 3 windsor stools at the counter. So if you had a full house of 7 people eating at the same time, some would be at the table, some at the counter. Obviously not a problem for us. Bill was great to work with. I would not hesitate to stay there again, and probably will if we can the next time we come to Big Sky."
