"We just spent 6 nights at this Stillwater condo. This place is in a great location and is a great value. It's just a few minutes walk on the road in front of the condo to get to the base area and lifts. The unit was very comfortable, seemed more like home than a Shoshone condo, where we have stayed in the past.
The unit is pretty much as described, perfect for us and for our daughter and son-in-law, who were able to come for a few days from Missoula and stayed in the loft. We love to make our own breakfasts and dinner, and brought plenty of food from Bozeman, eating out just one night with the kids at Chet's. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, good knives, etc., has some spices, and other goodies (like teas bags, some coffee) either left by the owner or previous guests. Great coffee pot -- a necessity for us! The ski closet is right outside the door, very convenient. Place was clean, walls nicely painted and accented, nice vintage Big Sky and Brewpub posters on the walls. Nice view out the living room window.
Just as a point of information: The dining table is round. There are 4 windsor chairs around it, and one in the master bedroom, totaling 5. There are 3 windsor stools at the counter. So if you had a full house of 7 people eating at the same time, some would be at the table, some at the counter. Obviously not a problem for us.
Bill was great to work with. I would not hesitate to stay there again, and probably will if we can the next time we come to Big Sky."
