  • We love this condo

"We have not stayed at this condo for 3 years, usually 4X/ski season and we find it better every time we are there. The owners obviously care a lot about your comfort, as evidenced by the furnishings, the music system, the TV's in every bedroom and living area, and the best equipped kitchen we've ever had in a rental ski condo. It comes with a heated garage, fabulous ski storage, and room for everything. It's just a short hike to the POMA lift to access the base area, but on returning you can literally ski to the front door. The main vaulted living space gives a sense of openness, and the wood-burning fireplace (with amply wood provided) turns it into coziness personified. The condo works in all dimensions; the area is also quite private. While you can easily walk or drive to a restaurant, why bother when dining in is so comfortable. Highly recommended."

  • Can't ask for much more

"The place is great, and the nightly views from the two decks (on covered, one outside) of the evening fireworks over the lake were incredible. A quick shuttle to the base was very convenient. The fireplace worked out well, as did the humidifiers. The covered garage and dollies to lug all the firewood and ski gear were an added bonus. I run an annual ski trip and I plan on keeping Ken/Deb's place as the go-to condo for Big Sky."

  • Wonderful Family Experience!!

"What a beautiful place!! We couldn't have asked for a better 'fit' for our vacation needs... this cabin truly has it all: beautiful kitchen, 2 fireplaces, 2-story deck, sauna, hot tub, pool table, dart board, board games, and a GREAT mountain view!! It is a very short drive (probably 2 min.) to Big Sky Resort. The kitchen is even stocked with some necessities! The kitchen/dining/living room were all open - which is perfect for a large group gathering & meal sharing. We wanted to take our little guys sledding... which there is not a real spot for at the resort... BUT all we had to do was walk out our front door. The cabin is built into the side of a hill/mountain, so we were able to sled right at the cabin. There is also a groomed trail a little ways down the road, that apparently takes you to the mountain for skiing. We had 9 people staying - could easily have accommodated 4-5 more people. There is a loft upstairs with a queen size bed & futon (not a lot of privacy). On the main level there is a master bedroom (w/ king size bed) & it's own bathroom. There is also a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed & a main bath. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed & a 2nd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds & there is a separate bathroom (with sauna). WONDERFUL experience - would definitely do it again!!"

  • Great place to enjoy Big Sky

"We travelled with our family of 4 and stayed in this awesome condo. We travelled with others that rented at Black Bear, however ours was the best! The kitchen was well equipped with sharp knives (unusual in a rental condo). The beds were comfortable, lots of towels and it was clean. We loved the hot tub and the exquisite views! The garage was large enough for our suburban which was a nice treat (others would not accomadate a vehicle of that size!). We would highly recommend this property and will definitely return! The highlight of out first visit to Montana was the snowmobiling trip to Yellowstone. During our stay we had a 58" snow base and that made for great skiing."
